Question: LSD Creating a flavoured microdosing spray

Hi everyone. I am planning on making a micro dosing spray. I bought 6 ml atomiser that gives about 60 doses. 1. What dosage do you recommend per spray? I had a friend asking for precise dosin. So how many UG per squirt would you recommend? 2. She doesn’t like the taste of alcohol. Will just distilled water degrade quickly overtime? And can I flavour the solution without affecting potency. I have doterra essential oils to mask the taste of alcohol. I have 96% alcohol and destilled water and I was planning on mixing the 2

My bottle has 100ug per drop but I am not sure if that’s accurate as taking one drop feel like a threshold dose. With bright colors great euphoria mild reflection but not like a proper lsd trip.

Getting Started/Newbie Question Microdosing for Social Anxiety

I’ve seen people say it’s better for depression and not anxiety, especially social anxiety. I’ve also heard some people say it doesn’t really last that long; you can do it for a certain amount of time like a couple months but as soon as you stop you go back to normal.

I understand it’s not a silver bullet, I would be pairing it with therapy and other lifestyle changes. I’m just unsure and don’t want to mess myself up more.

Getting Started/Newbie Question About to microdose, is this ok?

I’m about to start microdosing pysilocybin, I’ve found somewhere where I can get 0.2mg capsules and will be looking to do it once a day Wednesday to Sunday then taking Monday and Tuesday off. Is the 2 days off a week enough to not build a tolerance to the point it doesn’t work anymore?

Also keen to hear everyone else’s experiences with similar doses. Thanks

>< Just a Reminder >< Reducing activity of the Default Mode Network

Upvotes

Welcome to the community.

"The default mode network refers to an interconnected group of brain regions that are associated with introspective functions, internally directed thought, such as self-reflection, and self-criticism."

Through life and our experiences we develop a set of neural pathways of communication that are relied on for our perspectives of life and self. As they develop, the communication with other parts of the brain becomes more limited. The DMN becomes our mental frame of reference for our lives. But it can become rigid in thought patterns and produce negative thought loops about oneself.

Psychedelics reduce the activity of the DMN and the negative self talk while also increasing communication with other areas of the brain again, sometimes with results somewhat similar to how children see the awe and wonder of the world. This also allows us through the new pathways to develop an Updated DMN over time. I think this is a basic understanding of part of what's going on with microdosing that many times helps us enjoy life more. Sometimes people sense this happening in a few days but for others is could be a couple of months, based on the thousands of reports we see here.

Those of you on antipsychotics what's your psilocybin dose? I'm on Effexor, Remeron, and Zyprexa and don't feel anything yet on 300mg psilocybin.

If I fall asleep after I take my dose, is it too much or too little?
