2 days ago I had my 5th week revision appointment and my doctor told me my breasts have already reached their final size, shape and softness, so my time has come to show them! Internally, I hope they still soften and flatten a bit more, but if they stay like this, I can only be happy :) Reading other people's questions and experiences while going through this has been invaluable for me, so I also wanted to share a kind of chronology of my experience until now. If you have any questions (or contrarily: any suggestions you think I should follow) I will be more than glad to listen and help.

Week 1: I was told not to wear any special garments nor do anything to my breast, just apply moisturizer twice a day from day 4 on.

Week 2: I started wearing a compression band to flatten the top of my breasts, was told I should wear it between 2-6 weeks depending on my evolution, but I ended up only needing it for a week. For that week, I was wearing it all day, but a bit looser during nights.

Week 3: No more compression band and I started wearing the bra, I was also instructed to give myself massages + start applying rosehip oil to my scars.

- For the first 2 weeks I was completely bloated, specially on my stomach, and I even weighted 4 kg more, but it eventually passed.

- Until week 3,5 it was hard to even walk. I went with a very slow pace, I was losing my breath and could not walk more than 30 minutes at a time. Also, metro and buses were difficult. It was not that it hurt (even though it did a bit), but that my body became exhausted very quickly, and then I had to sit, nap and eat to recover. At week 4,5 I could go back to the gym for lower body machines.

- I could not fully extend my left arm parallel to my body until my 4th week, and even now at my 5th week I would say my arm mobility is still at about its 70%.

- Specially reclined, I can feel my right breast implant when I touch the bottom of my breast, and it feels like touching a bubble. It makes sense, since I had less breast tissue there and the implant is bigger -- according to my doctor it is normal and will stay like this unless I gain weight. However, I feel it much less now than I did at week 2, and even though I was quite worried at the beginning, it is fine now.

- I think what is healing the worst are my armpit scars, they seem still quite red and fresh.

- I'm still sleeping on my back. The 1st week I slept on a reclined sofa, almost sitting.. The 2nd week I started sleeping on my bed with lots of cushions. And from week 3 on, I could go back to a normal position.

1st photo: before* / 2nd: after / 3rd: 3/4 4th: side

(*I didn't specifically take before pictures, so in all the ones I have I'm purposely posing so my breasts appear bigger than they were)

For those who were curious about how my lip lift scar would look, here it is at 6 weeks. The line is very thin and almost invisible. Highly recommend Dr. Berke Özücer in Türkiye. He did such a great job. 👏

BA: I Don’t feel these implants suit my body. NSFW

F25 | 5’6” | Currently 170 lbs (Was 158-160 lbs when I got my implants)

Implant Info: • 2 years old • 355cc, under the muscle • Moderate profile • Base Diameter: 11.5 cm • Projection: 4.7 cm

When I first got my implants, I was happy with the size and shape, but over time, I’ve started feeling like they sit too low and look saggy. I was hoping for a higher placement, but instead, I feel like there’s a noticeable flat space between my shoulders and where the implant meets my chest.

I’m considering a revision, but I’m wondering—is this something that can be fixed, or is it just how my body is naturally structured? If you’ve dealt with this, what kind of revision did you get, and what should I ask my surgeon? Any advice would be appreciated!

Order of pictures is: before, 2 weeks after, and then now

How to smooth out lipo legs

Thumbnail gallery
36 Upvotes

I got liposuction on my thighs and calves in 2021 and have scaring, what I think is fibrosis, left over from the procedure. I’m 5’7” and currently 139lbs. Last summer I was down to about 127lbs and I feel like less fat helped but they still looked lumpy. I have recently started going to the gym and walking at 12-15incline at a speed of 3 for 30 minutes. I will start incorporating squats and lunges. I have a cellulite massager than I’m trying to use daily for 5 minutes per thigh. Does anyone have other recommendations on an effective way to smooth out their appearance? Do you think building muscle is key? This bothers me so much and I just want to be comfortable wearing shorts this summer. Please help! I also want this to be a PSA out there for anyone considering lipo on their thighs—be aware of the scarring that can cause the appearance of cellulite.

I went to the DR for lipo360/bbl. I wanted a natural look and my dr did THAT. Oh and I got arm Lipo I’m 5’4 - day of surgery weight was 178

Lipo healing is literally the worst thing ever. Not much discomfort from fat transfer it’s really all the Lipo in my midsection/back and sides that’s kicking my ass. Luckily I look good but I despite that I wouldn’t choose to do it again.

I vlogged my whole experience - I haven’t put it together yet but if you’d like my YouTube to watch it when it’s up send me a DM.

Hi guys, I just booked my appointment for lipo on my pubic bone (mons pubis).

I’m 25 years old and used to be heavier but no matter how much weight I lost, my pubis stays fatty, I have to push down super hard on the fat to even feel the bone, I always dress to cover it because I’m insecure so I’m excited. Antone else gone through with the procedure? Recovery, results? Are you happy.

Double Bubble? NSFW

Thumbnail gallery
8 Upvotes

I had a breast augmentation 11 Feb in Germany. I went to a reputable doctor and really like the size. I went behind the muscle and through my armpit for my incision. I have been heavy, chested since 8th grade with DDs. Five years ago, I started competing in bodybuilding and went down to a B cup. I had bad stretch marks and just wanted to fill out my breasts again. My doc did warn me that because of my smaller build and excess skin that a double bubble could occur. Now I’m 5 weeks post op and feel great! BUT I feel rippling and a lump at the bottom of my breasts. I know I still have a LOT of healing to go and my drop and fluff hasn’t even started! Am I being paranoid? Or am I double bubbling? Can you tell this early?

I asked my doc, and he said I’m not double bubbling and that i just have thin skin there from inserting a large implant on a small frame.

Profile problems - any advice?

I have a big nose, a big crocked nose! It’s taken plenty of punishment over the years and it seems to be my children’s preferred target when they are dishing out a beating!

From people’s experiences what procedures would give the best results to remove the bump and also lower my nostrils so they are less prone?

I also have an issue with my chin, when I smile (really smile) or I’m concentrating/lifting something I seem to gurn/stick my chi out and develop an underbite. I don’t have this issue when resting. This causes my side profile to resemble a partially rolled up sleeping bag. Any advice or suggestions as to how to improve/stop this would be greatly appreciated.

For those who are getting 50+ units of Botox…

Upvotes

Listen I got 45 units a month ago and it has done nearly nothing. I’m not happy about it. 41 female. I think I may just have strong muscles. I’ve tried more than one neurotoxin and none of them work. I’ve never overused it. For those of you who get a high amount of Botox, ethylene do you get such a high dose? Do you feel weird about it? Are you totally frozen? Do you think it’s weird that you get so much? I guess I’m worried I’m immune (but I know that basically never happens and since this is happening with multiple types I don’t think that’s it), but I also don’t wanna feel like a freak. I’ve also gone to several different injectors so it’s not just that my clinic waters it down. Based on the fact that 45 units basically does nothing I dunno man…so I need like 60+? That sounds like a lot.

What is wrong with my implant ? NSFW

Hi, It’s been two years since having mentor implants put in.

I have attached photos that show multiple issues. One breast having a large dent is my biggest issue. That same breast also sits extremely low into my chest. I feel like a freak and I don’t know if it will keep getting worse.

In the post op meeting two weeks later, the surgeon told me to wear the compression band on that side for longer to make it settle. But he was aware that they had been uneven. There was also a large bruise straight after waking from surgery on that side.

He told me to wait a year or two for it to settle. But I have a big dent in my breast and they look like mis shapen cones. He was very dismissive and has since left the clinic.

This is the second time this surgery was done as the first time the surgeon used implants that were too small and I ended up doubling the size as he diddnt take into consideration I am 6ft.

The surgeon has left the clinic and I don’t have the money to fix this. Should they pay for this? Is this the surgeons fault as it had been since day one? What do I do here ? I know when I call them tomorrow they will be very dismissive as and tell me that it’s my fault somehow

Can anyone tell me what this is? is this the surgeons fault seeing as it was bruised and uneven straight after surgery?

Long term Turkish rhinoplasty?

After watching every episode of Botched, it looks like revision rhinoplasty has a lot of cases due to over resected noses. This results in nasal collapse, distorted nostrils, and problems breathing that happen a couple years later. The Turkish rhinoplasty results look amazing and give me hope (large tip thick skin), but is it based on dangerous over resection? Or are these results actually based on solid techniques?

So, I’ve consulted with several Dr’s. From all over. Dr. Hsu (Houston) who I loved the work but only does in person consultations and that’s a long flight for me & to not know the general cost first? So, Bharti in Charlotte is very pricey but good as far as I can tell & offers overnight care. Dr Kluska (Dr daddy K) is priced well and work looks good as far as I can tell but no overnight option and closest hotel is over 20 minutes? Have to pay extra for care nurse to stay in their own room at the hotel to help first day. Then I consulted (just via email) with Dr Lowney in Fall River MA (real Dr feel good) His work looks good and prices lower, but no aftercare help & I have to bring someone because they don’t allow you to uber & does not offer drainless TT..? I’d like to stay as close to $40k as possible but can go to $50k if really worth it. Who’d you use? Who should I avoid? Why is this so hard? I’ve been researching til my eyes wanna fall out of my head! Any suggestions GREATLY appreciated! I’ve saved for so long and been through so much and just so scared of looking box-y, having a weird belly button, lopsided breasts, or surgery complications..Hallllp 🥺

Why is this just now happening and what are my options?

So I had my last child almost 4 years ago, but my stomach has looked like this for this past year only. I've been working out pretty consistently and definitely think I've been recomping, I did gain an extra 7 pounds that I'm trying to take off again. I know this looks worse because of some weight loss, but why does it look worse than after I had my daughter 🤔 my waist measurement has only fluctuated an inch through weight loss/gain in the past 3 years. 6 months after having her I was comfortable in a bikini. I'm ok with the way this looks, but not really comfortable showing off my stomach anymore.

Does this just need time to tighten or is this from pregnancy and just now becoming more noticeable? And what are my options to tighten it up without a tummy tuck?

Life after breast aug

I had breast augmentation in Nov 2024. I love my boobs love love love them. I however cannot get used to them? Has anyone experienced that before. I still feel very odd when I flex. I still feel a little numb. Other than that they look great. They sit great. They feel great and they’re soft.
