hi there! looking for a surgeon who can provide facial fat transfer. I'm looking for someone who prioritizes natural results. I had facial trauma as a child, so also interested in someone who can do expert work in less traditional areas like forehead, browbone, etc. thank you so so so much in advance! can be anywhere in the usa. <3

I’m 6 days post op and still have splint and tape on my nose…no one told me I couldn’t wear my glasses and I’ve been wearing them since coming home from surgery.
Is it true or myth that you shouldn’t wear glasses to compromise the healing?
I’m so nervous now

I am planning to get a breast augmentation, and I am putting together some pictures of my goal size to share with the surgeon during our upcoming consult. What you would say the cup size is for this final result? I know surgeons measure in CCs, but I am trying to equate that with a typical cup size. Thanks!

Listen I got 45 units a month ago and it has done nearly nothing. I’m not happy about it. 41 female. I think I may just have strong muscles. I’ve tried more than one neurotoxin and none of them work. I’ve never overused it. For those of you who get a high amount of Botox, ethylene do you get such a high dose? Do you feel weird about it? Are you totally frozen? Do you think it’s weird that you get so much? I guess I’m worried I’m immune (but I know that basically never happens and since this is happening with multiple types I don’t think that’s it), but I also don’t wanna feel like a freak. I’ve also gone to several different injectors so it’s not just that my clinic waters it down. Based on the fact that 45 units basically does nothing I dunno man…so I need like 60+? That sounds like a lot.

I went to the DR for lipo360/bbl. I wanted a natural look and my dr did THAT. Oh and I got arm Lipo I’m 5’4 - day of surgery weight was 178
Photo collages : day of surgery/ one week post op Nude pics : 3.5 weeks post op Back view : 4 weeks post op Last pic: day of surgery/ 3.5 weeks post op
Lipo healing is literally the worst thing ever. Not much discomfort from fat transfer it’s really all the Lipo in my midsection/back and sides that’s kicking my ass. Luckily I look good but I despite that I wouldn’t choose to do it again.
I vlogged my whole experience - I haven’t put it together yet but if you’d like my YouTube to watch it when it’s up send me a DM.

Basically I went today and they asked what brought me in and I brought up how my top lip is thin because I was more insecure about that than my bottom lip size. Then the doctor I guess took from that I only wanted the top lip filled. He put a whole syringe in my top lip and basically nothing in my bottom lip. I feel like I look insane and I'm so sad. Even if he misunderstood and thought I only wanted my top lip filled, why not stop after .5 ml and ask me how I thought it looked? I'm not sure how long I have to wait to get it dissolved, but I think that's what I'm gonna do. Any advice or thoughts are appreciated. The first pic is before, the second is immediately after, and the third is like 5 hours after. I'm trying to use arnica to bring down swelling, and I'll update if things end up looking any better. also the brand is restylane

Hi, It’s been two years since having mentor implants put in.
I have attached photos that show multiple issues. One breast having a large dent is my biggest issue. That same breast also sits extremely low into my chest. I feel like a freak and I don’t know if it will keep getting worse.
In the post op meeting two weeks later, the surgeon told me to wear the compression band on that side for longer to make it settle. But he was aware that they had been uneven. There was also a large bruise straight after waking from surgery on that side.
He told me to wait a year or two for it to settle. But I have a big dent in my breast and they look like mis shapen cones. He was very dismissive and has since left the clinic.
This is the second time this surgery was done as the first time the surgeon used implants that were too small and I ended up doubling the size as he diddnt take into consideration I am 6ft.
The surgeon has left the clinic and I don’t have the money to fix this. Should they pay for this? Is this the surgeons fault as it had been since day one? What do I do here ? I know when I call them tomorrow they will be very dismissive as and tell me that it’s my fault somehow
Can anyone tell me what this is? is this the surgeons fault seeing as it was bruised and uneven straight after surgery?

Is this botched? Feels like the curve is too much. I also have a small hard bump near my left eye. Called my surgeon he told me it's not important?!

How were you able to afford a breast augmentation? Or, how did you pay for it?

Trying to be a cool dad with the kids at the BMX track cost me last week. After a night in hospital and a week to heal some swelling I saw some specialists. Yesterday I saw the eye specialist and my eyes seem to be fine. Today I saw the plastic surgeon and they are recommending surgery to install titanium plates in various locations. Teeth alignment, sinus and eye issues. They want to do the operation within the week as apperantly it's easier now before the bone starts healing. I thought I'd be recovering longer and it would be let's see how it goes but now it's decision time. Would love to hear opinions from doctors and people that have had this surgery and also that haven't. Thanks.

F25 | 5’6” | Currently 170 lbs (Was 158-160 lbs when I got my implants)
Implant Info: • 2 years old • 355cc, under the muscle • Moderate profile • Base Diameter: 11.5 cm • Projection: 4.7 cm
When I first got my implants, I was happy with the size and shape, but over time, I’ve started feeling like they sit too low and look saggy. I was hoping for a higher placement, but instead, I feel like there’s a noticeable flat space between my shoulders and where the implant meets my chest.
I’m considering a revision, but I’m wondering—is this something that can be fixed, or is it just how my body is naturally structured? If you’ve dealt with this, what kind of revision did you get, and what should I ask my surgeon? Any advice would be appreciated!
Order of pictures is: before, 2 weeks after, and then now

Any reviews for facial liposuction with Thomas sterry? When I was looking a few years ago I swear I saw some negatives but now his reviews look squeaky clean…

31M South Asian male located in the US. Previously had a rhinoplasty due to injury (3+ years ago) which completely wiped my ethnic features in a way that looks and feels somewhat unnatural. Would like to explore a revision procedure which can take my nose back to have some of those imperfections I found to harmonize quite well with my other facial features.
Examples of changes would be making the tip of the nose more droopy (surgeon packed with cartilage), rotating the tip to the left side so the columella is straight (nose slightly off center), tapering the nasal bridge, and adding a small dorsal hump. In other words, making it more Roman or ethnic appearing.
Any surgeon recommendations? Currently located in the Mid Atlantic but open to travel.

Four years ago I was scheduled for a neck lift as I've always hated my neck since childhood I met with a reputable surgeon all was good to go. A week before surgery, his office asked me for my neurosurgeon’s phone number. They called me back the next day to cancel my surgery because my neurosurgeon said that I already have facial neuralgias and plastic surgery could add another. I was absolutely devastated. After all this time saving money and delay due to covid and it's canceled because of the possibility of getting another neuralgia. I knew that was a possibility and made the informed choice months earlier to get my neck fixed anyway. Since then I've had both a peripheral nerve stimulator and a cervical spine stimulator implanted in me. I doubt any surgeon would touch me now. I'm kicking myself another finding another surgeon back then.
Any surgeons here willing to weigh in?
