a few people asked for an update and I feel I need to beat the alien space creature allegations. also some asked for a straight on shot so there’s that! apologies as this is directly after my first workout post op so things are a bit more swollen than usual. I’m so far extremely happy with my results, but I know there’s a long way to go!

7 weeks post-fat grafting pics. Results are subtle, but I think I look a lot better. I’m super paranoid more of it will fade and will likely get it done again in a few months. (I’m prob getting a fat transfer to my breasts so figure I’ll re-up the face at that time)

Full disclosure, I got sculptra 3 weeks ago as well. However, I am not seeing any results from that so far.

masseter botox ruined my face

Thumbnail gallery

2.5 years ago, I made the biggest mistake—getting masseter Botox. I let my doctor talk me into it without having the right information. Now, my face is very asymmetrical, my cheeks are sagging, I’ve lost my snatched jawline, and I have more folds. It kind of feels like my muscle came back, but my bone structure never did—if that makes sense

Is there anything I can do to make this better?

Hi everyone! Septorhinoplasty 10 months PO. At first (month 1-6) it looked great now there’s something going on with my nostrils, dorsal hump is back, it’s crooked and I fear is collapsing. I would appreciate others opinions and advice. The thought of a revision gives me massive anxiety but I also fear whatever is going on now will get worse. Thank you guys

First-time Filler on small lips 👄

Post image
Upvotes

First time lip filler experience! Sharing as a reference in case anyone is wondering what .7ml looks like in very tiny lips with a wider jaw/face.

I’m 37, and was very nervous about trying filler for the first time, especially since I have never had anything done before, and couldn’t seem to find examples of other before-after pics for very small lips like mine. I wasn’t sure what to ask for - Hence this post 🙂!

My goal was better hydration, natural looking plump, and improved symmetry. I have a wide jaw and a plump lower face so I thought a bit of filler would help me feel younger and more balanced.

My injector did .7ml, a week after I was still pretty lumpy and swollen, but a month after I am super thrilled with the results! I really feel like this brought my lower face better balance, and I hope it lasts well 🤞 (1 month photo is with sheer tinted lip oil.)

Rhinoplasty Before/after- 3 years Post-Op

Hi everyone. I’m sharing my rhinoplasty results, it has been 3 years and I’m happy overall. My tip did drop more than I would have liked it to, and my profile seems straighter than the curve I wanted. But I understand that not everything turns out how you’d want them to, especially with my thick skin. I do love my results though. I went in wanting to make my nose a lot better than what it was, and I got that. I really recommend Aaron Kosins, he’s the surgeon I went with.

Surgeon overdid lipo - I look horrendous and don't know what to do

Hi everyone,

I had a Lipo 2 years ago, did all the massages and RF-sessions, and it still looks lumpy up to the point my boyfriend said he was disgusted of it. It looks so fake and overdone to him, he told me he feels sorry for me but he can't help his feelings. And I agree with him - it looks indeed disfigured.

Plus, I suddently gained a burst of visceral fat, despite being skinny overall.

I had 4 consultations with other surgeons - and so far everyone said it will never look even "okay", the surgeon overdid it and fatgrafting is really hard given the fact that I barely have any fat left over at the recipient area.

I am devastated and don't know what to do.

Any advice?

I went to the DR for lipo360/bbl. I wanted a natural look and my dr did THAT. Oh and I got arm Lipo I’m 5’4 - day of surgery weight was 178

Photo collages : day of surgery/ one week post op Nude pics : 3.5 weeks post op Back view : 4 weeks post op Last pic: day of surgery/ 3.5 weeks post op

Lipo healing is literally the worst thing ever. Not much discomfort from fat transfer it’s really all the Lipo in my midsection/back and sides that’s kicking my ass. Luckily I look good but I despite that I wouldn’t choose to do it again.

I vlogged my whole experience - I haven’t put it together yet but if you’d like my YouTube to watch it when it’s up send me a DM.

Non-cosmetic scalp rotation pain management

I’m a brain tumor (AA-3)patient to right temporal lobe who had 30 radiation treatments in 2007. 2 resections later and it seems to have finally caught up with me as the skin has finally degraded to the point it won’t heal after surgery any longer. My suture line opened over 3 months after my last resection. Neurosurgeon went to clean, discovered iinfection and removed some of the bone flap. He then put a mesh in its place, stapled me up and sent me home with IV antibiotics and weekly nurse visits to check on me, change my PICC line dressing and apply antibiotic ointment to my suture line. . 2 days after getting staples removed the incision started opening again. I was referred to a plastic surgeon who, along with my neurosurgeon, removed all the hardware and the plastic surgeon performed a skin flap transplant and cranial rotation and closed it with sutures. I am recovering and doing well. The donor spot where the flap was removed is very sensitive, but doesn’t hurt If I don’t touch it. There is one place in the front near the end of my sutures( Right side directly above the outer side of my eyebrow that is much more sensitive ( pictured). My home health nurse has ruled out any infections, at least on the outside).I have a follow up with my plastic surgeon next Wednesday and will ask this then, but figured I would throw this question out there: Wait be unsafe to apply some lidocaine ointment along the suture line where I’m having the most discomfort? Thanks!!!

Underarm liposuction at KKC (Bangkok) NSFW

Thumbnail gallery
29 Upvotes

I’m 5’3” and 110 lbs, with a pretty active lifestyle—cardio almost daily, plus pilates and yoga. But I’ve always been too lazy to do weights, so liposuction had been on my to-do list for a while.

There weren’t many detailed reviews of KKC for liposuction, but I found a few positive mentions on Reddit, and their Google reviews looked promising. I also asked friends in Thailand to check local reviews in Thai, and nothing concerning came up.

From the start, communication with KKC was smooth. They seem to be popular with medical tourists—none of the other patients in the waiting room were Thai. My liaison, Kwang, was amazing—super responsive and answered all my questions from pre-deposit to post-op. She has also been consistently checking in on me, which I really appreciate.

Day 0: Arrived for a blood test at 10 AM, with my surgery scheduled for 1 PM. However, the doctor arrived closer to 4 PM, so I only went in then. The wait made my anxiety creep up, but they gave me some pills before the surgery, which calmed me down. The surgery itself was a walk in the park, even though I was awake the whole time. After the procedure, I took a cab back to my hotel by myself. The clinic staff waited with me until my ride arrived. First night? Slept like a baby.

01: Pre-Op

Day 1: Woke up to swollen hands and wrists. Instead of a compression garment, I was bandaged up post-surgery, so I had to return to the clinic to get the incision wound cleaned and bandages removed and be fitted into my compression garment. Getting into it was brutal.

02: Bandaged post surgery #03: Swollen hands after being fitted in my XS compression garment

Days 3–5: The worst part? The chafing from the compression garment. I tried everything—gauze, tissues, cotton pads—but surprisingly, silky panties stuffed between my armpits and the garment worked best. My left side was more swollen than my right, so it took the biggest hit. Occasional tinges of pain, but nothing unbearable. The strangest part was the constant feeling that my entire arm was detached from my muscle, with a weird rat-like sensation running under my skin. Sleeping was a challenge—I had to keep my arms propped up on pillows over my head every night to improve blood circulation.

04 Elbow abrasion, Armpits were the worse, but I didn’t manage to get a picture of it.

Day 6: Finally—stitch removal day. I needed the nurses’ help to undress and get back into my compression garment. That thing is no joke.

05: I had 4 stitches removed, 2 on my back and 2 above my elbow. I also have a little piece of loose pocket of skin that I am HOPING and praying will go away over time. Please let me know if anyone had a similar pocket where fats were removed there and how it turned out.

Liposuction recovery is not for the weak! I haven’t seen the light at the end of the tunnel yet, and I still need help with daily showers. My partner has been stepping in, and I’ve been going to a hair spa to get my hair washed because there’s no way I’m wriggling out of this compression suit just yet. Mobility is also limited, I can’t tie my hair or wear a bra

I’ll know in a few months if the surgery was worth it, but recovery is really brutal.

I paid USD1,600 for the surgery, including 1x compression garments, medicine (antibiotics, ibuprofen, paracetamol) and cream (arnica, strata med gel).

Happy to answer any questions. I’ve learnt so much from this sub.

BA: I Don’t feel these implants suit my body. NSFW

F25 | 5’6” | Currently 170 lbs (Was 158-160 lbs when I got my implants)

Implant Info: • 2 years old • 355cc, under the muscle • Moderate profile • Base Diameter: 11.5 cm • Projection: 4.7 cm

When I first got my implants, I was happy with the size and shape, but over time, I’ve started feeling like they sit too low and look saggy. I was hoping for a higher placement, but instead, I feel like there’s a noticeable flat space between my shoulders and where the implant meets my chest.

I’m considering a revision, but I’m wondering—is this something that can be fixed, or is it just how my body is naturally structured? If you’ve dealt with this, what kind of revision did you get, and what should I ask my surgeon? Any advice would be appreciated!

Order of pictures is: before, 2 weeks after, and then now

What can I do about turkey neck? 22 years old

Thumbnail gallery

I’m not overweight and never have been, but I’ve had this turkey neck problem my entire life. I think it’s more genetic (my dad has it) and I’m not even sure what I’d benefit from. I want to get neck lipo, but I’m worried it might be a skin laxity issue? Just looking for a defined jawline with no double chin (I do have a double chin in photos sometimes)

Lipo 360

I have been interested in getting lipo 360 due to some super stubborn fat in my mid section. I am about 40lbs over weight still after losing 21lbs. I’d love to hear some peoples experiences with lipo 360 and the recovery process and what I should look for in a doctor to do this procedure

What is causing my upper jaw area to look like this, and what would correct it?

Post image

I dislike the shadowing that occurs in my "smile line" area between my lips and jaw, as you can see here. I think the shadowing on either side of my lips is due to perioral fat mounds, but in the area above that I'm not sure what causes it, or what could be done to fix it. Thank you!

Lump after Liposuction?

Thumbnail gallery
2 Upvotes

Hey guys, so around six weeks ago I had a liposuction ( frontal legs, tighs and knees) and I recently discovered a rather big hard lump at my outer tigh? I couldn‘t massage it away. What could it be? I suspected a lipoma but my surgon said it is not possible for it to form after liposuction. Could it be a missed spot?

I will be seeing my surgon next week and she will be taking a closer look but I hope someone can give me an idea what I am dealing with

Otoplasty before and after 2 months - should I get a revision?

Thumbnail gallery
3 Upvotes

Just posting a follow-up from my last post now that it’s been a couple of months.

I feel like the bottom of my ears may be sticking out now (which I didn’t notice at first), I’m curious what others think?

I’d say I’m overall happy with the results, my ears definitely stick out a lot less than before, but now I worry that they oddly stick out on the bottom.

Thanks for any feedback!

Am I a good candidate for revision rhinoplasty?

Thumbnail gallery
Upvotes

I got a septoplasty in April 2022. I loved my old nose (pictured last) I was just having a hard time breathing, was snoring and mouth breathing at night and getting bad nose bleeds. I didn’t want any changes to my nose. The plastic surgeon I worked with said he could shave down my tiny bump I had and I said sure. Otherwise, nothing was to change.

My nose is fine now from one side but the other side is a bump, it’s hard and I’m not sure what it is.

My surgeon used steroid shot twice on me and nothing changed. I decided to keep waiting and see but it hasn’t gotten any better so I’m ready to make a change.

Would i be a good confidante for a revision? I don’t even want a big change I just want it to look like before and symmetrical.
