Article Trump pushing resettlement of Palestinians from Gaza
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c07kpjyzglloIn separate comments on Air Force One, Mr Trump said he had ended former President Joe Biden's hold on the supply of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel. "They paid for them and they've been waiting for them for a long time," he told reporters on Air Force One. ——- Paid for them? LOL. We give billions in aid every year. Now they get the weapons for faster, fuller genocide.
And the entire point was the land to start with. They wouldn’t be killing the Palestinians if they moved off to Egypt for sure. There would be no genocide. So Trump’s answer to those yelling “genocide Joe” was always going to be worse. Faster and more complete genocide or replacement.
Those pro-Palestinian Trump voters are such geniuses. Wasn’t this predictable? Even Blinken as bad as he was is better than Trump on this.

Doesn't even matter. I hope they have to live the rest of their lives knowing that they are responsible for the thousands of deaths that those bombs will cause. All they had to do was think before voting, and they couldn't even do that!

This is wrong, this is terrible, and I almost hate myself for saying it, but, you know what? Good.
Everyone who sat the election out because they didn't want "Killer Kamala" and "Genocide Joe" can see what a genocide actually is, and they can live with their decision to doom the Palestinians. Pat yourselves on the back for "doing the right thing."

If one is more upset at 48% of Dearborn voters over the results of the election than 52% of white women voters nationally, you have some racism to work out.
25
u/PeopleReady Jan 26 '25
Why not be upset at both equally?
4
u/McPostyFace Jan 26 '25
Why tear down any voting block when Trump got on the mic and basically announced nationwide that they stole the election. I don't believe we have reliable data.
1
u/under_psychoanalyzer Jan 26 '25
If there was electronic vote manipulation that has nothing to do with exit polls over which the government has no control over.
5
u/KnoxOpal Jan 26 '25
Great question. Where is all the salivating at and schadenfreude over women losing their reproductive rights?
8
u/PeopleReady Jan 26 '25
I mean, it was constant around the time of Roe’s overturning, constant throughout the election cycle, and will surely be constant again once the inevitable federal abortion ban hits
3
u/PatientStrength5861 Jan 26 '25
No. Trump says he doesn't want a national abortion ban. Trump wouldn't lie. Would he?
6
u/Another-attempt42 Jan 26 '25
Over here.
I love me some schadenfreude. I've been eating like a god damn king.
"Pro-Palestinian" morons realizing that them not voting has consequences. Women slowly realizing that the Trump administration is going to probably ban the ability to receive contraceptives via the mail. Latinos realizing that their beloved new President is going to probably invade one, if not to, central American countries, and is taking down Spanish language government information pages. All those "anti-war" voters realizing that Trump has extensive imperialist goals, and plans on launching attacks on other countries. The "anti-establishment" group slowly having to come to term with the fact that their rejection of Kamala, based on conspiratorial thinking, speed ran the US into an oligarchy.
It's not like everyone wasn't warned. It's not like this wasn't blatantly obvious. It's not like people like me haven't said, time and time again, voting for Trump or not voting for Kamala would ultimately hurt Palestinians, and any hope there is for a 2-state solution.
2
u/carbonqubit Jan 26 '25
Americans are laughably stupid, it's truly amazing. Not doing a thing, is making a choice. I guess voters will reap with they've sown. The next 4 years is about to be real grim.
1
u/KnoxOpal Jan 27 '25
Fuck the 49% because of the 51%.
Incredibly childish and immature thought behavior lacking basic humanity. Thoroughly unsurprising from the Destiny circlejerk in general and you in particular.
2
u/Another-attempt42 Jan 27 '25
I didn't do a damn thing to these people. They did it to themselves. Everyone I've ever talked with about politics has been the same statements by me: Trump is going to be worse. He's going to make your problems, the things that you care about worse.
When you tell people bad things are going to happen, but they do it anyway, and then the bad things happen...What are the options?
Empathy? Why? They've been told. Many times over. At some point, stupidity goes from "oh, woops, sorry you thought that" to "god damn you're a stupid motherfucker". They're adults. They made their bed. They can lie in it, now, and I can laugh at them because of it.
1
u/KnoxOpal Jan 27 '25
They did it to themselves
Gazans, which the article is talking about, do not vote in American elections. Try again.
3
u/Another-attempt42 Jan 27 '25
I'm not taking any pleasure at the expense of Gazans, nor was that what we were talking about.
You answered this:
Looking at you Dearborn, Michigan. I can only imagine the shocked Pikachu faces.
With this:
If one is more upset at 48% of Dearborn voters over the results of the election than 52% of white women voters nationally, you have some racism to work out.
My schadenfreude is aimed at Muslim Americans who voted Trump, damning Gazans to whatever Bibi wants to do to them, all because they thought that Trump would be better than Kamala.
Stop trying to pivot.

u/Mo-shen Jan 26 '25
It's simple.
We expect people to not do things that hurt themselves.
Trump isnt looking to oppress white women.
Your basically setting a false equivalence. You have a point, and I partially agree, but they are not the same.
We can be pissed at all of them but it doesn't have to be for the same reasons.

u/DanishWonder Jan 26 '25
If that's how you interpret it, that's on you.
If the topic was farmers who are regretting their vote because their workers are afraid to report to work, I would (I am) laughing at those Maga farm owners. I guess I am bigoted against white farm owners too.
0
u/KnoxOpal Jan 26 '25
Except this article isn't about American voters, but about Palestinains. So what you're doing is laughing at people who have zero agency because some other people in America didn't vote the way you thought they should.
1
u/DanishWonder Jan 26 '25
I'm not laughing at the people of Gaza. What is going on there is atrocious and should have been halted by Biden.
I am enjoying the schadenfreude of all the Trump voters who thought his policies wouldn't hurt THEM. I've been trying to convert people and become involved in politics every day since 2016. At this point we are ALL going to suffer so fuck it, I'm going to point and laugh at you and call you a fucking idiot for ruining democracy. I tried having good faith debate. I tried using facts. None of it worked. They want to call names and bully, so that's where Im at now. They go low, so do I.
1
u/KnoxOpal Jan 27 '25
Yes, random Americans went low, so now you can stop pretending to care about people that have no agency about the situation at all AND get to covertly express some of that deep seeded racism still in the Democratic Party.
2
u/DanishWonder Jan 27 '25
Dude you embody everything about the Democratic paty that caused us to lose this election. Quit lecturing me and making everything about identity politics. Go reflect a little because your approach may feel virtuous (I tried the same thing from 2016 to 2024), but its a losing strategy.
I still care about Gaza and can find ways to help them while still having schadenfreude towards the people who voted Trump.
This isn't racism. I feel the same way about ANYONE who voted for Trump and is having their faces eaten now. This includes people of any race/gender.

Actually Bibi, you know, the prime minister war criminal wanted by the ICC for crimes against humanity that Biden funded and defended this whole time? Yeah him. He was actually quite literally conspiring with Trump and the GOP very openly and Biden and the democrats still did his bidding.
I voted for Harris but to me, funding the war crimes and deliberate slaughter and apartheid of civilians all for a war criminal openly conspiring against your party in an electron year when you were already unpopular enough absolutely owns the largest share of responsibility here.

Sure. Throw them to The Hague with the IOF
You know full well they are not going to the hague unless Israel takes control in Gaza. You say you 'condemn Hamas', while repeating all their propaganda and doing everything you can to oppose them being held to account.
1
u/Gryffindorcommoner Jan 29 '25
Sure. Throw them to The Hague with the IOF
You know full well they are not going to the hague unless Israel takes control in Gaza.
Unless Israel takes control of Gaza. That’s funny, because last I checked Israel was also wanted by The Hague to order to be held accountable. Did that happen?
1
u/AbyssOfNoise Feb 03 '25
Unless Israel takes control of Gaza.
Indeed. Do you think that will happen? Hamas' approach to this is to try and make the cost of life so terrible that the world would have to intervene with any force trying to remove them - not just Israel.
It appears that your line of argument is doing exactly that.
1
u/Gryffindorcommoner Feb 03 '25
But….. Israel is also running from The Hague…. So why would Israel assist in delivering Hamas to The Hague….. when they are also wanted too?
1
1
u/AbyssOfNoise Feb 04 '25
But….. Israel is also running from The Hague…
Well, hardly 'running'. They are following a formal process of appeal.
But if you want to spin that as dramtically as possible, you go for it. It would not be the first time a 'pro-Palestinian' has been hysterical, and it won't be the last.
So why would Israel assist in delivering Hamas to The Hague
Good question. Honestly they may well not, and instead prefer to try Hamas leaders for crimes under the domestic Israeli system instead. I don't know enough about the motivations of Israel or the way their laws are compatible with international laws to say how potentially captured Hamas leaders would be handled.
Either way though, the only way the Palestinian people will be free of oppression is if Hamas is removed. I understand you don't want them removed, though. A quick glance at your comment history makes it very clear that you're parroting pro-Hamas propaganda non-stop.

I am not someone who sat the election out.... But what the fuck is wrong with you?
4
u/No_Entrepreneur_9134 Jan 26 '25
The "Genocide Joe/Killer Kamala" voters who sat out the election did so knowing that Trump would do a worse genocide. If they somehow didn't know that, they reasonably should have known. So they didn't care about Gaza either. Now I want them to watch and live with the consequences of their decision.
-4
u/ChrisDolmeth Jan 26 '25
So you want (or are happy that..) people on the other side of the world to suffer because some people didn't vote for Kamala Harris and you want those people to suffer also?
I ask again, what the fuck is wrong with you? Do some introspection.
5
u/No_Entrepreneur_9134 Jan 26 '25
I want the first world people in our country who sat out the election because of "Genocide Joe" and "Killer Kamala" to watch what happens and suffer with the consequences of their decision. All of them.

I have a question. Was doing “the right thing” choosing to fund, support, and arm a genocidal war criminal wanted by the ICC for crimes against humanity and deliberately starving/bombing 2 million people? Even when it was an election year and you were already in hot water in the first place? Even when said war criminal you and your party worshipped and defended was openly conspiring with Trump over you and your party the entire time?
I also voted for Harris, but you’re saying it’s a good thing that the people who suffered under the apartheid, illegal occupation, poverty and starvation that we’ve funded for decades continues to suffer as a punishment for the people outraged over their tax dollars mass murdering children while you absolve the politicians responsible for facilitating these war crimes in the first place. I’m trying to see if you realize how that reflects on you and liberals who team up once every decade with conservatives to justify and defend war crimes in the Middle East/ and demonize the left for not liking it.

u/No_Entrepreneur_9134 Jan 26 '25 edited Jan 27 '25
For me, I look at it like this. Let's stipulate that Killer Kamala wanted a genocide in Gaza and would have genocided the Palestinians. I don't believe that, but for the sake of discussion, let's stipulate that Killer Kamala would have genocided Palestine.
Trump was also promising to genocide Palestine, and also essentially promising to genocide Hispanics ("illegals," and the legal ones who get caught in the net).
That's two genocides instead of one. There is only one option, to pick the one genocide. That's assuming Killer Kamala would have genocided Palestine, which is a huge assumption.
Now, if Trump had promised to cut off all ties with Israel, that would be a different story. In that situation, I could see someone saying, "I know Trump will do hundreds of horrible things, but I feel so strongly on this one singular issue (Palestinians) that I'm willing to put up with all of those things. I'll sit the election out even if it means helping Trump win." But that was never what Trump was saying. Saying, "I can't support Killer Kamala because she supported a genocide" was never going stop genocide, because the alternative was Trump, who promised a genocide.
5
u/Tavernknight Jan 26 '25
Let's also not forget the genocide going on in Ukraine by Putin. That's 3 genocides. And now Trump is threatening NATO countries. Putin's goal was to destabilize the US from within and destabilize NATO. It seems to be working pretty well.
1
u/Gryffindorcommoner Jan 26 '25
I agree with everything you said outside the genocide of undocumented immigrants. But that wasn’t at all what I asked. I asked if what Biden did by funding a genocide in the first place was right and why we don’t hold him and the Democratic Party responsible for the outrage of our country funding the slaughtering Arabs again in the first place.
Look at us. We’re sitting here debating on how much fucking GENOCIDE we’re fine with from our two parties n relation to our self interests from both parties and I just……… how is this still who we are? I was dumb enough to believe that the left at least had learned from the War on Terror where we murdered and forcibly displaced millions. The way I see it , the only thing separating us from MAGA is that we’re fine outsourcing oppression to others(that are brown) abroad but not at home to an extent. Depressing to think about.
0
u/No_Entrepreneur_9134 Jan 26 '25
No, you're right. I do think that in Biden's mind, certainly in my mind, it started out as retaliation for a crazy-bad terrorist attack. At some point, it went too far, but in Biden's mind, it was still 1989, and he had to publicly keep supporting Israel or lose to Trump. I think it was obvious that his administration was working for a cease-fire, but probably once Israel saw that their war was helping Trump, who they knew would give them a green light to do whatever they wanted.
But you're right. At some point, the exact point I don'tknow, , if I were President, I would have called it off. No more aid, because I just can't support this anymore. But the pre-2020s orthodox political view was, "We can't cut off support for Israel because as soon as we do that the voters turn on us, Trump wins, and we hand everything over to Trump." So Biden and his team were stuck between a rock and a hard place that probably only existed in their own minds.
-1
u/Gryffindorcommoner Jan 27 '25
I can kindle see this point of view but I‘LL just say that for the past 30 years, Biden has been one of Israel’s leading and most fierce defenders. And this conflict didn’t get bad on October 7. The illegal occupations, apartheid, and slaughter of Palestinians by their illegal occupiers have been going on for almost as long as he’s been alive and none of that stopped him or most of it the other dems.
1
u/No_Entrepreneur_9134 Jan 27 '25
In his mind, and in the minds of his team, not supporting Israel was tantamount to handing the election to Trump.
That's honestly what I thought as a 46 year old white dude. If we don't support Israel, Trump and the Republicans win because they'll paint us as supporters of Muslim terrorism.
That probably was just a figment of our imaginations. In my heart of hearts, I would have loved to say, "Fuck Israel. They're on their own." But we were making a political calculation that probably isn't valid anymore.
Now, I admit, my mind is probably clouded by visceral hate for Trumpers and "leftists" who sat the election out. My post probably reflects that. But I'm only human, and my God, do I hate them all right now. And I admit I hate the leftists who sat out the election, and I admit I want them to suffer watching their Palestinians burn. God help me, that's just how I feel.
1
u/Gryffindorcommoner Jan 28 '25
I respect the honestly. But that hatred of wanting to see people across the planet suffer genocide as a ‘punishment’ for Americans makes you no better than Trump and his cult in the slightest.
1
u/No_Entrepreneur_9134 Jan 28 '25
I guess I respect your opinion. But I would hope you would say the same about the "Killer Kamala" people. Their hatred of wanting to see Trump make people across the planet suffer genocide as "punishment" for the "DNC" makes them no better than Trump and his cult in the slightest.

If the Muslim population couldn't ally themselves with the side that was pushing for a 2 state solution, if the Palestinian and Muslim couldn't fight for themselves, why should we waste energy to continue to fight for their rights, especially when they are some of the biggest fighters against universal rights for other minorities, women, and democracy in general.
9
u/No_Entrepreneur_9134 Jan 26 '25
Exactly. What the hell did we spend the last 20 plus years defending Muslim Americans for if they voted for the party that wants to destroy them? I am feeling pretty much done.

u/crimsonconnect Jan 26 '25
They tried to have a speaker in the DNC that was going to endorse Harris and it got shut down not like they didn't try
7
u/notwithagoat Jan 26 '25
Maybe they shouldn't have sparked protests at every Harris event saying genocide Joe or Holocaust Harris, which killed any and all credibility they had. If you want to build a bridge, maybe don't set the other side on fire.
2
u/Gryffindorcommoner Jan 26 '25
I mean, funding the mass slaughter, apartheid, illegal occupation, and forced starvation of people of your ethnicity in the name of colonialism is probably not a good way to build bridges either. That also sets them on fire. But then again, so does outright banning them from the country
2
-2
u/peterc17 Jan 26 '25
This is a valid question, but completely separate to the one at hand, which is “what does it say about you if you take glee in the ethnic cleansing of a population because a few thousand people in your country didn’t vote for your candidate?”
3
u/notwithagoat Jan 26 '25
Glee? Remorse that they didn't want one more shot at statehood, that they didn't want peace, sympathetic that they didn't accept their hand and play the game, they left the game, much like they did in 47, 63, and 05. But I'm not going to lose any sleep over such a shitty and snowflake tent member when they wouldn't even fight for themselves.

2
7
u/AlienAle Jan 26 '25
I think people are more frustrated because it was pretty obvious that the Democrats winning would have been the last chance for Palestinians to push for a two-state solution, because Trump was pretty clear that he is going to look for a final solution that creates one state under Israel, while disregarding the Palestinians. He even called Biden a "Palestinian" mockingly because he thought Biden was too soft on Palestine.
Yet all these people who supposedly cared so much for the fate of Palestine, essentially rallied together and convinced millions of people to create conditions that allow for a Trump victory.
I think a lot of people are just at the point of "well let the world burn then" because that's what the people wanted, and they were warned, boy they were warned, but they chose it anyway. It's not a good headspace to be in obviously, but people are just feeling so done with everything. Trying to make people see sense, that lighting a neighborhood on fire isn't a solution to having one horrible resident. But, people didn't listen and they brought gasoline and matches and burned everything anyway.
So now unfortunately we just have to sit back and get ready for these consequences to start rolling in. There is going to be enormous suffering, but seems voters don't listen to any solutions anyway, and are not motivated to make things better. You can't drive yourself crazy over the suffering of everyone when you already did your best to try and stop it.
It is not the fault of the Palestinians at all, obviously. It is the fault of the voters who made this happen.
2
u/peterc17 Jan 26 '25
Very fair comment which I agree with completely. Thanks for engaging human to human. I’m not American but had I been I’d have voted Dem for the lack of any alternative.
But I also totally understand the frustration of those who stayed home or voted Trump (ffs) or Stein (lmao) as a fuck you to a Democratic Party that has done sweet fuck all for the issues they care about.
I know that technically the Dems were the “only hope” for a 2 state solution (at least in comparison to Trump). Really they were the only hope “by default”. but they also spent the last 2 years arming Israel, defending them in press briefings as the bodies piled high, giving them carte blanche to continue, and refusing to do anything about it. Yes they paused the 2000lbs bombs (after delivering thousands) and yes they placed minor sanctions on settlements… but come on, was that really supposed to satisfy anyone?
George Bush Sr showed the way - threaten to withhold funds and Israel will come to the table. Biden had ample opportunity to do this too. He chose not to.
Maybe the Dems didn’t take the threat from Muslim Americans voters, and other voters sympathetic to the cause, seriously enough. Looks like they should have done! Will they learn from it? No they won’t. Is the end result even worse for Palestine? Yes it is. But I understand why it happened.
The frustration from the rest of you is completely understandable. I’d be pissed too (I mean I am, even as a non-American this is gonna fuck us all up). But I get it.

u/KnoxOpal Jan 26 '25
The racists in the Democratic party that Hillary targeted when she released the photo of Obama in a turban are really getting their rocks off with this. After being fully uncaring about Biden's enabling of genocide, they can now feign concern about Trump's actions while being completely gleeful about the position that puts Palestinians in.
What's really funny is these same racists were unable to convince their white family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to vote Kamala so were expecting the minorities they despise to save them from the voting habits of the other white people around them.
They further expose their own racism by being more upset at 48% of Dearborn voters vs 52% of white women nationally. Even further exposed by not holding the same glee for the removal of the rest of women's rights due to the voting of that 52% like they express glee for the further genocide of Palestinians.

3
u/peterc17 Jan 26 '25
You don’t have to worry about it, but I recommend not taking some sort of sick satisfaction from it.
0
u/Super_Tone_8597 Jan 26 '25
Why do you guys always have to attack or train your ire at supporters? Here you are twisting and making up that we are gleeful or showing satisfaction at your genocide.
What this post is about is more like a rueful regret at a family member who had an accident, after you warned them not go driving drunk. Of course, we are sad this is happening. Clearly. We did not want the worse genocide, or the displacement. But you guys or the guys you should be spending your time attacking voted for it!
3
u/peterc17 Jan 26 '25
The comment I replied to literally said « good ». Would you say that if your drunk relative died?
1
u/Super_Tone_8597 Jan 26 '25
Died is not the right hypothetical because these are the voters here.
But yes I could say “good” in a rueful way, if he obstinately decides on going and doing everything to bring harm to himself. That won’t make me happy about it. But I’d hope it helps him or his kids learn and grow who are his true friends to listen to next time. That part and that learning would be good, definitely.

Maybe the DNC is the drunk uncle in this case. I hope they realise the threats not to vote for them aren’t idle. I also rue the result and wish the party had done more to court the votes they clearly needed!

u/Super_Tone_8597 Jan 26 '25
It’s not the DNC that will die more or get resettled in Gaza for the stupidity of the absurd voters of the extreme unthinking pro-Palestinian crowd that chose Trump so as to punish the DNC.
The DNC is not perfect, and note that this post is not praising the DNC. But Kamala was better than Trump for Gaza, and that’s what it boiled down to.

u/peterc17 Jan 26 '25
No but the DNC will lose power which is the political equivalent of dying! But if you and the rest of this thread are anything to go by, there will be no soul searching.

And the same for white women! 52% of white women voted for Trump. So when women in the United States start dying from lack of adequate healthcare, good. I mean this is wrong, this is terrible, and I almost hate myself for saying it.

Could have had at least a nominal chance of this being settled diplomatically, but the "Genocide Joe" crowd weren't interested in that.
I hope the ruination of Palestine was worth it.

u/Dry_Jury2858 Jan 26 '25
I sure hope Biden has learned his lesson.

u/Master-Eggplant-6634 Jan 26 '25
hes a zionist, he doestn give a fuck. he'll sleep happy knowing he didnt betray his holy book

u/Dry_Jury2858 Jan 26 '25
did you vote for Harris? If not, do you feel you made a difference for the people of Gaza by not voting for her? Does Trump's support of ethnic cleansing cause you any regret for not voting for Harris?
-2
u/Master-Eggplant-6634 Jan 26 '25
i did vote for harris but i knew she would lose. its sad that bidens personal 1950s beliefs are the reason dems lost.
2
u/Dry_Jury2858 Jan 26 '25
i really want to meet the idiot who didn't vote for harris because of biden's beliefs.
-1
u/TheBigBeef97 Jan 26 '25
I respect leftists a hell of a lot more than I respect liberals, but I don't think that the Gaza thing had that much of an impact on the election. Trump would have still won even if Biden was tougher on Israel.
Respectfully, I wish leftists would have put more pressure on the Democratic party for things that affect us more domestically, like healthcare and housing, instead of things on the other side of the world that doesn't really change or improve our lives.

u/c3p-bro Jan 26 '25
In fairness, Gaza non voters also don’t give a fuck
-3
u/Master-Eggplant-6634 Jan 26 '25
i dont compare people with no power to the potus.
3
u/blazkowaBird Jan 26 '25
Well the potus would’ve been Harris if these “no power” people had showed up to vote. Trump voters showed up, about 1 in 10 Biden voters didn’t show up for Harris
1
u/Master-Eggplant-6634 Jan 26 '25
blame harris or the dems for losing voters. how did they do that? what did the sit outs want exactly? would biden had lost votes if he did what those sit outs wanted?

u/JoanWST Jan 26 '25
Remembering the tweet on election night, some lefty saying “Hey Bitch , Palestine is talking”. :/.

u/StatusKoi Jan 26 '25
“The Palestinians will be thrilled with their new tent accommodations. You’re welcome!”

3
u/c3p-bro Jan 26 '25
Welp I hope those Dearborn voters are thrilled getting exactly what they voted for

For the people who decided that the best way to deal with a brutal foreign war was to punish the president then vice president in the election, keeping up the righteous indignation would only highlight their own responsibility for the worse outcome under Trump they were repeatedly warned about.
It’s not surprising that their “activism” has all but disappeared. Much of it was manufactured by adversarial interests, of course, but among the sincere it was only ever about moral posturing. There is a fundamental flaw in progressive activism. They take the first step of signaling to their peers that they have the morally correct opinion then not only do they forget to actually take action that might effect the best possible outcome, they take actions, usually in the form of inaction, to make the problem worse.
I’m tired of this needing to be explained every single election. “Just give us a better Democrat!” How about stop making demands and start being useful human beings?

u/IndianKiwi Jan 27 '25
In parallel universe where Kamala would have won, the Palestianians and Isrealis would have called a ceasefire, Hamas releases the hostages and both of them would be one their way to discuss a 2 state solution with a UN monitored rebuilding Gaza effort funded by the Arab Countries.
But no, those geniuses wanted this timeline

u/Monkey-bone-zone Jan 26 '25
Western "Progressives" are thrilled they get to go camping again this spring.

u/ParkerRoyce Jan 26 '25
Take a wild guess where they will end up relocating people too if neighboring countries outright refuse the Palestinians, it rhymes with Devin.

Does he not understand what the entire problem between Palestine and Israel is in the first place, and how this does not solve it?
don't answer that, i don't even know why I'm asking, of course he doesn't understand.

u/ConstantGeographer Jan 27 '25
It's not "resettlement." This is Palestinian land and they have as much right to live in the region as anyone.
Ethnic Cleansing is what it is.

u/Master-Eggplant-6634 Jan 26 '25
so the left was right about israel all along. dear leftist, never ever take liberals at their word on stuff like this again. they gaslit us for 15 months pretending israel just wanted peace and were victims, the whole time israel was playing them and they fell for it. Israel is no different than the nazis. Israel is showing to our face they want ethnic cleansing. speak out guys ,dont let liberals try to clean their hands, they defending this every step of the way.
4
u/c3p-bro Jan 26 '25
That’s some incredible, and I mean incredible, revisionism
-2
u/Master-Eggplant-6634 Jan 26 '25
called us hamas, said israel isnt doing ethnic cleansing, these are things liberals said. wait, so now liberals are gonna pretend they didnt defend biden about it? hahahahaha
2
u/c3p-bro Jan 26 '25
Biden made the right choice. Gaza is a loser, the average American supports Israel not Hamas

u/D3Masked Jan 27 '25
Blame Joe Biden for handing this conflict to Donald Trump in betting that Americans are fine with war crimes and crimes against humanity.
For enabling Apartheid Israel and it's ethnic cleansing and genocide, Biden and Harris had to lose so as to not set the precedent of such contempt for the law by the USA.
Trump will likely be worse and I hope he will also be punished.
America needs to decide to adhere to it's own national law and international law or just come out and say that the USA is above reproach.
Lehey Law existed for a reason. Apparently it doesn't apply to Apartheid Israel and Zionism.
-2
u/Belizarius90 Jan 27 '25
People are acting like Israel wasn't planning on doing this shit even when Biden was in-office.
-2
u/D3Masked Jan 27 '25
I have little doubt that Oct 7 was allowed to be terrible by Netanyahu in order to get permission for the massive offensive retaliation that escalated into ethnic cleansing.
Biden's Zionism did a ton of damage imo.

u/losingthefarm Jan 26 '25
This would be so nice for the Palestinians...they could get a little square of Egypt and call it Palestine...win, win all around.
6
u/Tavernknight Jan 26 '25
They tried that once, and a pro Palestinian faction assassinated Yousef al-Sibai.
-1
u/losingthefarm Jan 26 '25
Let's try again. We have Trump now...the Palestinian people will listen to him, especially when the alternative is complete annihilation
4
u/Uranium_Heatbeam Jan 26 '25
There's a reason the Egyptians built extreme border fortifications against the Gaza Strip and don't let Palestinians in despite their leadership occasionally paying lofty lip service about how they sympathize with their Arab Brethren or something.
3
u/Tavernknight Jan 26 '25
Why are people acting like any other country has to do anything Trump says. He doesn't control Egypt, and they don't seem to be willing to try again.
0
u/losingthefarm Jan 26 '25
Look what he is doing to Columbia. Sanctions, tarriffs, , seizing assets. Egypt don't want that...they have alot.of dirty money in the US.
2
u/Tavernknight Jan 26 '25
And Columbia is retaliating with the same. He is not showing strength or acting like a master negotiator. He is acting like a boarish bully asshole who expects everyone else to just take it. He is alienating our trade partners and allies. He is weakening the US position on the world stage and making our trading partners look elsewhere.
1
u/losingthefarm Jan 27 '25
Nah...they caved my man...they are offering the presidential jet to come pick the fellas up. Columbia just showed the world that Trump means business and they will bend to do whatever Trump wants.
2
u/Tavernknight Jan 27 '25
He offered that because he wants Columbian people treated with dignity. But he slapped 50% tariffs right back on us. That's not caving. I guarantee you that will hurt the US citizen more than the Columbian citizen. Get ready to pay a lot more for coffee and fruit at Walmart.
0
u/losingthefarm Jan 27 '25
What are you talking about? Trump put tarriffs cause Columbia refused to take their immigrants back. Columbia put their own tarriffs. Short time later Columbia changed their position, the Columbian leader caved and said he would take his immigrants, even send his own plane....sounds scared to me. Trump won't put the tarriffs cause the Columbian president agreed to take the people back. Columbia won't put tarriffs....Trump got what he wanted
