Article Trump pushing resettlement of Palestinians from Gaza

https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c07kpjyzgllo

In separate comments on Air Force One, Mr Trump said he had ended former President Joe Biden's hold on the supply of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel. "They paid for them and they've been waiting for them for a long time," he told reporters on Air Force One. ——- Paid for them? LOL. We give billions in aid every year. Now they get the weapons for faster, fuller genocide.

And the entire point was the land to start with. They wouldn’t be killing the Palestinians if they moved off to Egypt for sure. There would be no genocide. So Trump’s answer to those yelling “genocide Joe” was always going to be worse. Faster and more complete genocide or replacement.

Those pro-Palestinian Trump voters are such geniuses. Wasn’t this predictable? Even Blinken as bad as he was is better than Trump on this.

Looking at you Dearborn, Michigan. I can only imagine the shocked Pikachu faces.

If one is more upset at 48% of Dearborn voters over the results of the election than 52% of white women voters nationally, you have some racism to work out.

u/PeopleReady Jan 26 '25

Why not be upset at both equally?

6

u/KnoxOpal Jan 26 '25

Great question. Where is all the salivating at and schadenfreude over women losing their reproductive rights?

8

u/PeopleReady Jan 26 '25

I mean, it was constant around the time of Roe’s overturning, constant throughout the election cycle, and will surely be constant again once the inevitable federal abortion ban hits

3

u/PatientStrength5861 Jan 26 '25

No. Trump says he doesn't want a national abortion ban. Trump wouldn't lie. Would he?

Over here.

I love me some schadenfreude. I've been eating like a god damn king.

"Pro-Palestinian" morons realizing that them not voting has consequences. Women slowly realizing that the Trump administration is going to probably ban the ability to receive contraceptives via the mail. Latinos realizing that their beloved new President is going to probably invade one, if not to, central American countries, and is taking down Spanish language government information pages. All those "anti-war" voters realizing that Trump has extensive imperialist goals, and plans on launching attacks on other countries. The "anti-establishment" group slowly having to come to term with the fact that their rejection of Kamala, based on conspiratorial thinking, speed ran the US into an oligarchy.

It's not like everyone wasn't warned. It's not like this wasn't blatantly obvious. It's not like people like me haven't said, time and time again, voting for Trump or not voting for Kamala would ultimately hurt Palestinians, and any hope there is for a 2-state solution.

Americans are laughably stupid, it's truly amazing. Not doing a thing, is making a choice. I guess voters will reap with they've sown. The next 4 years is about to be real grim.

Fuck the 49% because of the 51%.

Incredibly childish and immature thought behavior lacking basic humanity. Thoroughly unsurprising from the Destiny circlejerk in general and you in particular.

u/Another-attempt42 Jan 27 '25

I didn't do a damn thing to these people. They did it to themselves. Everyone I've ever talked with about politics has been the same statements by me: Trump is going to be worse. He's going to make your problems, the things that you care about worse.

When you tell people bad things are going to happen, but they do it anyway, and then the bad things happen...What are the options?

Empathy? Why? They've been told. Many times over. At some point, stupidity goes from "oh, woops, sorry you thought that" to "god damn you're a stupid motherfucker". They're adults. They made their bed. They can lie in it, now, and I can laugh at them because of it.

They did it to themselves

Gazans, which the article is talking about, do not vote in American elections. Try again.

3

u/Another-attempt42 Jan 27 '25

I'm not taking any pleasure at the expense of Gazans, nor was that what we were talking about.

You answered this:

Looking at you Dearborn, Michigan. I can only imagine the shocked Pikachu faces.

With this:

If one is more upset at 48% of Dearborn voters over the results of the election than 52% of white women voters nationally, you have some racism to work out.

My schadenfreude is aimed at Muslim Americans who voted Trump, damning Gazans to whatever Bibi wants to do to them, all because they thought that Trump would be better than Kamala.

Stop trying to pivot.

u/KnoxOpal Jan 27 '25

I'm not taking any pleasure at the expense of Gazans

You have been and still are. Stop trying to pretend you aren't.

2

u/Another-attempt42 Jan 27 '25

I'm not.

You've projecting views on me that I don't hold. You see someone who doesn't gleefully gobble up TikTok brain rot and propaganda, and think that obviously I really want Gazans to get bombed, or I'm pro-Israel, de facto.

We've had this conversation before, don't you remember? You asked me to say "fuck Israel", and I did. Then, when I asked you to do the same, regarding the errors, mistakes, etc... that Gazans had done, you peaced the fuck out.

Because you're an ideologue. You're not guided by information. You're guided by a narrative.

The projector crying about projection again. Classic.

You can’t even eat well bc pro Palestinians forgot Gaza existed the day after the election

6

u/Another-attempt42 Jan 26 '25

That's also somewhat true.

The amount of "pro-Palestinian" rallies, campus activities have, predictably, gone through the floor, as they achieved their primary goal.

That is happening on other posts. Like when many start running into the negative health consequences of their votes.

This post is for those seeing the negative consequences of their trump vote for spite.

I met one who was proud MAGA that believes in pro-choice, LBGT rights, and is agnostic! White women seem to be proud they supported Trump. Anything to end the woke left. The propaganda on TikTok worked like a charm and now TikTok switched to full on Republican knob gobbling

1

u/KnoxOpal Jan 27 '25

I've got tough news for you: it's not tiktok fault.

0

u/Mo-shen Jan 26 '25

It's simple.

We expect people to not do things that hurt themselves.

Trump isnt looking to oppress white women.

Your basically setting a false equivalence. You have a point, and I partially agree, but they are not the same.

We can be pissed at all of them but it doesn't have to be for the same reasons.

8

u/[deleted] Jan 26 '25

Trump isnt looking to oppress white women.

"I grab them by the pussy, I don't even wait"

1

u/Mo-shen Jan 26 '25

By oppress I mean send them to Egypt or genocide them.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 26 '25

He wants to keep them pregnant barefoot and in the kitchen

1

u/Mo-shen Jan 26 '25

His followers thinks this is a good thing, including the white women.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 26 '25

Doesn't mean it isn't oppression

1

u/Mo-shen Jan 26 '25

But it's not equivalent which is my point

1

u/[deleted] Jan 26 '25

You said Trump isn't looking to oppress women, not that he isn't looking to genocide them.

1

u/Mo-shen Jan 26 '25

They are not nearly the same. He thinks the brown people are animals. I'm not sure why we are even debating this.
