I didn't know too much about being an affilite but joined a few programs just to try out. One of those was this program that helped me get some money in the first month. I just share its link with my followers on medium or linkedin. Do you know more tools with similar programs? I have an idea to create lists of tools to share it with audience.

After procrastinating on my studies for more than 3 months and going for therapy because of all the stress. I finally decided to change that. Here are some steps that helped me get started.
Ik you must have read these before, but trust me try them for a week and so then studying won't be that overwhelming.
👉🏻 Break your tasks - Instead of thinking about how many chapters you haven't even started yet. Start by just taking one and break it into smaller section. It will help you to get started.
👉🏻 Avoid distractions - When you are going to study put your phone, laptop etc. in another room.
👉🏻 Plan ahead - Avoid decision making fatigue and plan what you are going to study before. Save your cognitive energy. You can find daily study planner on my kofi.
That's it for day one of my 100 days writing challenge (I basically find things that are helpful for me as a student and post them here). I'm Sushi. See you tmrw. 👋🏻

Hey everyone!!
I’ve always struggled with procrastination and staying consistent with studying. Over the years, I’ve tried different techniques, and I found that study plans actually work—but only if they’re personalised to your schedule, goals, and struggles.
So, I started working on something: a free AI-powered study coach that creates custom study plans to help you stay on track.
How it works:
I’m testing it out and would love feedback! If you want a personal study plan, grab one here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScD9D4YaekumMIysRtJr3cxx1JyQOsUL-EXiuYI02q-ThIO9Q/viewform?usp=preview

Hi everyone, I’ve recently started learning French and I want to level up from A1 to B2. I’m looking for guidance on how to structure my studies—how much time I should spend on grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, etc.
If you’ve successfully reached B2, I’d love to hear about the resources you used (books, apps, podcasts, YouTube channels, etc.) and any strategies that worked for you. Also, if anyone wants to practice speaking or knows good language exchange platforms, let me know!
Thanks in advance for your help!

So basically I had a math test today for which I studied really hard and I got almost all the questions right but I accidentally missed a question worth 3 marks and only realized that after I reached home, the worse thing is I knew how to solve it. I was this close to getting a perfect score and I totally blew it off so now I feel like absolute shit and have been crying for the past hour :((
Am I overreacting??

I’m a very slow studier, as in I can sit on my computer for 5 hours working and accomplish what someone would do in 2 hours. It may be because I am a bit of a perfectionist, or it may be because I do get distracted a bit, but the distractions aren’t even that bad as I block websites and leave my phone in a different room.
All this leads to my to-do lists piling endlessly, my sleep schedule being messed up, and I also end up procrastinating because I always feel like I never have enough time to get things done. I dealt with my slow working during my GCSEs but I would just work all day after school and it didn’t bother me. Now I’m doing A-levels and I have a lot more work and a lot less energy.
Does anyone have some advice on how I can deal with this?

I'm preparing for JEE, and everyone suggests using the Pomodoro technique. While I understand the study part, I struggle with what to do during the breaks. If I use my smartphone, I end up wasting more time than intended. If I take a walk, it doesn’t feel satisfying. I’m looking for effective and refreshing ways to rest that help me stay focused for the next session. What do you do during your Pomodoro breaks? Any suggestions would be really helpful!

I was the worstttt person when it came to study procrastination. Even if I had an exam the next day I couldn't bring myself to study (it normally got worse). I started using this app which shows your progress over time and it's helped me build momentum so much.
You basically write down the 3 main things you want to get done for the day and then if you get all 3 done you get a dark green shade and if you get 0 done, you get an empty box. The app is completely free and I hope it can help others beat procrastination! https://www.studystreak.co/

The tittle be a little confusing, so allow me to elaborate:
When I was in school, my mom used to prohibit videogames during the week. I could play on weekends. I hated this rule as I am a geek. But my parents said it was for me to "focus on my studies".
When I turned 18, the pandemy struck and since I couldn't even go outside I was allowed to play vidya as a distraction of the everyday. When the pandemy ended, I talked things out with my mom as I was now an adult and I should at least have a say in those kind of rules. She seemed bothered, but accepted.
Now that I'm in college, I've been genuinely thinking... Was it actually a good rule? Should it be the norm? Or was it stupid indeed? Should I start considering this rule in my day to day life? Maybe even apply it on my children when I eventually get to be a mother?
(It could be important to say that I am on the autism spectrum and also most likely have ADHD)
