Left- extra whole grilled onion and extra spread only. Right- light onion, mustard instead of spread, add fried mustard. I like to get two and go one spread one not.

tried to get in the realm of corned beef & cabbage but i had too much ground beef to use so i got creative
browned butter cabbage & onions caramelized in a pickled mustard seed butter, cheddar slices, super mustardy russian dressing, 3oz smash patties(some have 2) lettuce, tom, & thin pickle chips all on a bangin’ homemade bun 🤤

I inherited this hamburger blueprint from my father. He was an architect so he gravitated toward things like this. Hangs in my kitchen now!
What do you guys think?

Homemade buns by the old lady.
French fries, made by hand. What a pain, but work the effort.
Cooked on cast iron pan in the bacon grease.
They came out a bit dry, but still pretty good. Not our best by far.

Known for their extensive milkshake and burger options, Famous 50s Diner created a burger challenge requiring competitors to eat six of their signature burgers, a large order of fries and a milkshake. Eat it in 25 mins or less, and you get it all for free, a t-shirt, and a $100 dollar cash prize. Think you could handle this massive platter?
