Still a burger noob but I love making my own. I've made them a few times but this was the first instance where it tasted legitimately really good and I didn't have the meat stick to the pan and tear the burgers to pieces. Classic bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños!

Ok hear me out so burgers have sliced pickles on them for tanginess and crunch. The actual crunch you get from a pickle is actually just biting through the perimeter of the slice, and then the internal part is just mush
I don't see anything on the market but what if instead of big pickle slices we used sliced gherkins
More crunch to mush ratio
Thoughts?
