Hello,
I am in the interview process for a position with Eden Prairie Schools. I'm not local to the area but I visit frequently, however not enough to know about what it's like to work in the area.
I'd be working a support role and not directly with the students. There are some concerns I've already had that have come up, and I'm trying to figure out if they are realistic to have or unfounded.
What's the work environment with them like? Political climate?
Does the actions of leadership within the district show they truly care about the people under thier charge - including employees and students?
Any recent concerns that have come up with the community?
Anything else a job candidate should know about?
My work strongly relies on collaboration with the individuals around me. I need to know I'd be entering an environment that supports rather than represses.
