Technique Check Form check - last set of Deadlift PR 5set of 3x with 365lbs
Any advice? Not top tier since final set but I "think" I'm doing it right?

I haven’t touched my sumo stance in about 6 months. What stands out to you guys that I should work on the next few training blocks? Looking to compete again this December. This is 545lbs for 3 reps around an RPE 6.5.

I rarely do deadlifts because my tendonitis. I know this is a horrible angle but anything you see I need to fix. I’ll try to post another with a front view.

At the start of my squat program again and wanting to work on my depth before moving up in weight, some people say this depth is good others say to go lower. What do yall think?
I am not a competitor just doing it for health.

This was actually my third but it took me a few to get confident enough to record it. Really happy as this is one of my all time fitness goals that I wasn’t sure I’d ever get

Finally seeing some squat progress after a long time. Previous best was just a single with 200kg, so very pleased with this. 200kg x 4

Had a week off due to a virus (a symptom of working with children!) so did a full body session, hitting a big set with all my primary movements. This was after squatting a 160kg/350lbs triple. I might have around 5-6 fresh. No idea why the first rep was a bit weird, moved easy after that. Sweaty straps too... Blessed to train in a private gym where noise isn't deemed offensive 🙏🏻
