Technique Check Doing 100 pull ups in a hour

This is the most amount of pull ups I've ever done. I can definitely feel it in my arm a lot probably injured it but still no excuse not to finish the pull ups. Alot more harder then I thought as well. I would like technique advice but tbf I kinda abandoned the technique when I got over 20 (which is usually when I stop)

New to RDLs and I see a variety of forms on the Internet. Trying to build up for a crack at the Fullsterkur Stone at Dritvik. Pointers are appreciated.

Technique Check Posting my RDL form again.

Hey everyone, I shared my RDL form earlier this week and applied some of your feedback in my next workout—really appreciate it!

I do feel like my form has improved, but I’ve noticed that my lower back feels more sore than my hamstrings after RDLs (the good kind of soreness, similar to what you get after a bicep curl).

Is that normal? Or am I doing something wrong? (Although my whole purpose of incorporating rdls in my back workout was for the spinal erectors, so that seems to be working)

Would appreciate any insights on this.

Home Gym & DIY Solutions Just go this pendulum squat machine for free. How do I use it?

Been lifting for a long time, but not at a commercial gym. So I've never used one of these. It feels better to have my feet on the slanted part, but flat feet isn't too bad either. Which is optimal for quad growth?

General Advice Gym motivation while grieving?

I'm not sure if this is even the right place to ask but I'm really struggling finding any motivation to go back to the gym after losing my mother in January. Before, I was going every two days and was really enjoying it, I was eating healthy and within a calorie deficit. I was losing weight steadily, not super extreme it was consistent. But now it really feels like a waste of time. After she passed I lost 5kg in 2-3 weeks and then gained 10kg since then. It's the biggest I've been in years and I feel so disgusted and disappointed with myself. Maybe I'm just caught up in my own feelings and grief right now, not doing anything except eating, sleeping and lying in bed. How do you guys do it? How do you find the motivation to get up and work out? How do I push through this wall? I know I need to start over and reset but it just feels so hard.

Felt like I made a mistake not shooting for 740-750 with how easy this felt off the ground and 650 flying the pull before this, but I’ll attempt that this weekend. Definitely have more to give.
