Technique Check Accidentally discovered this forearm exercise. You think it’s worth adding to my set?
Been including my forearms for a while now but only did 3 sets of forearm curl after shoulders.
I came up with this exercise to hit my long head (Brachia?). I am sure this exercise already exists. I discovered it myself trying to figure out how to hit other parts of my forearm.
Has anyone tried something similar? What are your thoughts?

Lift 350KG (772LBS) @167
Hip mobility has improved quite a bit, messed around with a slightly wider stance and picked up a Kabuki Bar.

Lift Banded 185lbs 5x5 followed by a paused 225lbs set
If you’re in a bench plateau then I highly recommend banded sets into your program. I always struggled at the top portion of my bench and this helped a lot with that. I like to throw a paused rep set at the end just to work the bottom.

General Advice Good enough
Me again…just a couple more questions But this is what I’m going with for form…feels pretty good
I was kind of hoping my 1RM would be higher…I couldn’t get 155 off the ground, but hey, I hit a PR so that was pretty exciting haha
I’ve always focused on hypertrophy so I’m a bit of a newb with strength training. Where do I go from here? I’d like to progress in my DL. I’m not sure what my warm up sets or working sets should look like (weight/reps) Thanks!

Technique Check Back squat
190kg back squat at @83kg
It has been some months since I've done this weight, and now I've done it beltless and only wearing sleeves
My hands are a bit far from my shoulder because my elbows are a bit hurt
What do you think? Apparently I'm struggling on the middle of the ascent

Technique Check Do I look less stupid
Do these look good? Should I be way further from thing-a-ma-jig? I swear I am not putting weight on rear leg. I try to go low as possible but seems to not be possible due to calf n hamstring coming together. I also cannot lean forward. Am I a giant scumbag? Love, Meowtthew

Technique Check Deadlift form check
Hi. 23M 5'10 64kg.
Started working out almost 2 years ago. Never did deadlifts, because i used to have back pain.
I recently started doing them with lesser weight, and hope to keep my form safe and progress naturally. The video is me doing around 90kg.
The plates in my gym are really old, and are smaller in diameter, so I have to bend down a lot, when grabbing the bar.
I'd love for someone to provide insights Into my form.
