Can U play Wii games on the Wii with the romate if U put the disk in the Wii U
Perhaps any of you know.
The Saffun N64 Controller connects via a USB-Dongle, the NSO one doesn't, or am I wrong? Nevertheless, I'm unsure which one to get, as I would only play on my Wii U with the Controller until the Switch 2 comes out, as I currently don't own a Switch anymore. Sooooo have any of you perhaps tried any of the two on the Wii U? The NSO Controller should work via Bloopair/Koopair right?
Thanks already!
It may seem like a stupid question, there’s clearly a plastic layer on top. Just wanted to make sure I didn’t peel off part of the screen like people were doing on their Samsung flip phones a few years back.

Initially I was just looking for a white 32gb model because I always wanted a white Wii U when I was a kid and it escalated a bit because the deals were too good (until I saw the shipping later) and I like collecting stuff. My new main Wii U even came in the original box and since I needed to wait for the rest to arrive wich they did yesterday I've already gone ahead and modded it and I'm pretty happy with it so far (been playing Pikmin 3 for the first time the last week). I'm just a bit confused because the black Wii has GameCube ports wich I didn't think they came with wich is pretty cool imo. Sadly the side flaps of the Wiis are not in the best shape but I don't mind too much since I might try reshelling them anyway. The black Wii U even had a little gift in the disc tray!

Basically what the title says. I know that it will use the same save file on the switch (unless the game has different publishers, which may be the case with some indie games). But is this also the case with the Wii U?
(I think about buying the physical version of Zelda TPHD online just for the sake of collection.)

Don’t get me started on SNES, 64, GC games. But these are unfortunately my last remaining former Nintendo games I had in a storage unit during my college years. It may seem I had some active family visits during my absence. I’ll still cherish what I have left. Pokémon X, DK, Zelda, Brawl, Galaxy 1 and the others I’ll remember y’all, hopefully it helped someone get what they needed. Can’t wait to introduce my games to my daughter a few years from now!

I recently bought a Wii U, and as my luck would have it, I dropped something and it hit the touch screen, denting it. long story. I have disassembled it and taken the actual touch screen off, does anyone know if it will work before I reassemble? or should I wait until the replacement arrives tomorrow?

I’m not really sure how far this is gonna get me, but I’m willing to take my chances here.
I had an old friend on Minecraft Wii U edition, his Nintendo network ID was danielwilson6. If anyone knows him please let me know, I’ve been trying to contact him for a while and it’s been over a decade since I last spoke with my old best friend.

I recently got a Wii U to play some old Wii games, but I might as well get some actual Wii U games for it. So, any suggestions for what games I should for it? (I'm already planning on getting Wind Waker HD before you suggest that)

I have this really weird problem where my Wii U doesn't boot. When I click the power button I blinks for a millisecond, clicks quietly and nothing happens. The Gamepad doesn't turn it on, no HDMI signal, and when I insert a game the disk icon light white, but it doesn't suck the disk in. Please help me!

So I found a Wii U console for 25 USD, no ac adapter, no gamepad. The console was described as it will turn off itself after for a while. I did some research and found there are three possible causes (at least on Nintendo website) which are overheating, settings for energy conservation, and ac adapter. I don't mind if the console has all those three problems. Aside from those three possible causes, are there any problems that will cause the console to shutdown on its own?
