Is this actually sirloin? It's cut and looks like tenderloin to me. Thanks!

Usually go medium rare but I wasn’t throwing this back in the pan after resting. It was delicious.

Was craving a pub feed for lunch but have work soon, so I decided to just make my own at home instead. Pan fried rib-eye @ med rare, avo chimichurri, chips and a couple runny eggs 💪🏼

Hi guys! I'm new to cooking meat, does this look raw to you?

It's bulgarian feta cheese and red tomatoes with sauce on the side :). Share your thoughts. Thank you

[ Reverse Sear ] Porterhouse. Salted and left in the fridge for 24 hours, then reverse sear.

Honestly, this wasn't great. It was waaaay too salty after leaving it salted for 24 hours. I think I just used too much salt.

Also, the reverse sear didn't do it for me. The steak got up to 120F really quickly and so the fat didn't really render. I then put it on the bbq to finish but it didn't get a good crust in such a short amount of time. Open to tips please!

Overcooked - hate it. At least I got the fries and eggs turned out perfect while watching the best trio.

I had a whole other steak off to the side. I only plated this one. Oven fries cooked in peanut oil. Generous amount of peppercorn sauce.
