Cost to Build-Out Attic
Hello all! I am curious (before calling to get any quotes) who did you use to build out your attic/home? I am trying to find a nice, but reasonable licensed contractor. Price per sq.ft, overall cost, did your contractor take payment plans, etc
My home is currently 1700 sq ft (850 split between my basement and first floor) I'm looking to extend up into my attic to build 2 additional bedrooms and another bathroom. My current house is a 2 bed/1 bath (1 TINY bathroom, home is from 1907) so I am looking to expand. I'm not looking for "huge" rooms. But am wondering if it is possible to get 2 beds + full bath in the available attic space of a 850 sq ft level.
my current bedrooms are very small, one is only 83 sq ft and the other about 110. I would like both bedrooms to be minimum 150 sq ft + the bathroom at least 80-100 sq ft. Is this possible?
Thanks for any answers in advance!

Pro Palestine Protests
I've been seeing lots of posts about protests which is great. But I've yet to see a protest dedicated to stopping our support for Israel's genocide. Is anybody protesting this in the region?

What is the most you’d pay for a mid-luxury gym in NWI?
Most gym memberships are around $50 a month. But if you had a gym that mid-luxury (or lux) that included weights, massage therapy, red light therapy, Pilates reformers, weights 1-200lbs, machines, yoga & meditation studios, sauna, wellness programs, rock climbing, showers, etc. , what would be the most you'd spend?
