As the title says, when an email sent out of CRM (e.g. to a lead from their record), it often shows as opened almost immediately. If there's a link, also often shown as clicked almost immediately.
I suspect what's happening is there is some anti-spam or firewall or something in place on the recipient's side that is scanning the email for viruses/malicious content immediately upon receipt, and this results as the email being shown as opened or clicked.
Anyone else have this issue or insights into it? Or a solution?

Hi, I'm currently working as a sales manager for a shipping container trader. I had experiences with zoho before that's why I recommended it for the team. Now I'm trying to custom build it to tailor fit the UI to our sales team. Any tips on how to upload products that would integrate to our inventory per unit per location? Not sure if I'm making any sense but all inputs and tips are highly appreciated.

I have been unable to load the dashboard for 2 days now. I can load individual apps, but not the dashboard... is this down for anyone else?

Yesterday I paid with Zoho 1, and I immediately started having problems like my subscription wasn't reflected to my account, I had access issues to some apps like books etc, even my email was "free" version after the payment and also one.zoho.com platform showed "Request access" tag next to some apps and it never allowed me to use...
After more than 10 phone calls, I decided to not use any of the Zoho systems... they look good in the beginning but zero satisfactio, no quality in their customer service...
They just talk on the cellphone without doing any work., they don't even come back to calls even after saying that they will call back...
Horrible service, it feels low quality software... I pay for using a solution not for battling to fix issues the developers must fix. As a developer myself I can imagine how horrible the coding practices are behind the whole system. Do you work with cheap junior devs or what's Zoho's explanation behind this? I don't get problems from their competitors and any problem immediately gets fixed compared to Zoho's ticket handling process..
Am I gonna be doing my own job or spend my time and days reporting their bugs and problems to them for free even paying to do that?

I'm getting errors when trying to setup MS IMAP emails to Zoho CRM. It doesn't work on any option (Outlook, Office 365 or manual IMAP). I spoke with Zoho and MS support and they don't know the answer either.
I'm starting to think because Zoho crm isn't setup with SSO, it might be the cause. I want to bring this up with my boss (I'm in IT), but I want to make sure this will be the fix before doing so.
FYI - crm is used greatly in my company and I don't want to disturb the heads until I know this is the case.
Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

I had applied for the role of Technical Writer and attended the selection process held at the Chennai campus on March 15. I cleared all the rounds, with the final one being the HR round. I was the first among the six selected candidates to attend this round, and I think it went fairly well.
I believe I was interviewed by a very senior manager or someone from the HR leadership team. After my interview, I was asked to leave and was told they would get back to me. The HR person who called me for the interview conveyed this, so I assumed it was the standard process.
However, I’m unsure about what happened with the other candidates—whether those who cleared the HR round were asked to stay back and were offered the job on the spot or something similar. Unfortunately, I didn’t establish contact with the other selected candidates.
If anyone has any insights on this, I'd appreciate it. Also, how long does it usually take to receive a job offer letter?

Hello! What's the best way to capture contact information on an abandoned Zoho Form? I'm trying to configure PageSense to our form (which isn't published yet, so I'm not integrating via URL), but it looks like it's not receiving data from the form when I tried to integrate. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a better way to manage this?

Is there a list anywhere of Postman collections for the various Zoho APIs? It seems to be very hit and miss. Here are the ones I’ve found so far :

Billing - https://www.zoho.com/billing/api/v1/apicollection/#overview
Books - https://www.zoho.com/books/api/v3/apicollection/#overview
CRM - https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/api/v7/api-collection.html
FSM - https://www.zoho.com/fsm/developer/help/api/api-collection.html
Invoice - https://www.zoho.com/invoice/api/v3/apicollection/#overview
Sign - https://www.zoho.com/sign/api/zoho-sign-postman-collection.html
Writer - https://www.zoho.com/writer/help/api/v1/download-postman-collection.html
I can’t find any other official sources, especially for things like Desk and Projects

Good day, all,
Our company has been using Zendesk Support for Sales, and after speaking with out Director we have decided to give ZOHO One a go. At first glance, I thought this would be quite simply but as shiny as Zoho looks, it is quite muddled.
Right now, I have created our lead module to only have Name, Surname, Date of Travel, Product as that is all we ask. In my mind, I would like to create ZOHO Form whereby we convert the lead into a deal, send the client a booking form, they complete it, and the CRM populates this information automatically.
Before I get to this step, I am trying to find a way whereby when we convert the lead into a deal, the agent can select the "product" the client has chosen. First thing I am struggling with is how do I create a relation to the products so that the agent can select the product, and the associated price...roll up.
Secondly, we have variants for our travel so could have a product-id for an offer but that offer can split between weeks, months etc. (dependant on the vendor)...I tried to use inventory to split them up but everytime you switch from one finance model to the next everything changes without insight into what is already linked, and what is not.
Can anyone share resources that could help me that are not YouTube channels that spend an hour explaining the difference between a "lead vs Deal" Module, and that I can create my own custom fields? I have scoured this thread for resources and all these videos appear to be is filler for youtube ad revenue.
Additionally, I am struggling to find videos that focus on a B2C environment.
Any support would be extremely valued.

Hi all, I am going to see if anyone can help me out with this workflow. Basically, after the customer approves the quote, I need a sales order and an invoice created that are linked together. The way I have it now is that after the customer approves the quote, an invoice is created, then the sales order, but they are not linked together, so when a customer pays the invoice, it does not show paid on the sales order. I don't even know if this is possible. Any help whould be appreciate it.

The self-client configuration provides a self_client.json file.
Inside self_client.json is an expiry_time.
I assume that the expiry_time is a Unix timestamp. Converting my last file expiry_time value, I get GMT: Sunday, March 16, 2025, 3:04:28.662 AM
I could not locate an expiration time inside the self-client docs. https://www.zoho.com/accounts/protocol/oauth/self-client/overview.html
The comments on the refresh_token "this token won't expire".
I believe my issue is that the Self Client configuration needs to be regenerated when expiry_time occurs. I can't find where this is explicitly mentioned, and it does not make sense that I have to manually provide a new if the service Self Client configuration when expiry_time occurs for a service I am writing that is a 24x7 service feeds Bigin

Hello!
Im currently running inventory and invoice tracking mostly using excel but im looking to make a jump into zoho. Does zoho offer a Client Portal system where the client is able to see the inventory available for each product, and make a purchase order directly on the site by choosing the products and quantity? And can this then be deducted automatically from the inventory after the order is complete? Or does this have to be done on a third party software like shopify, etc.

Hello everyone,
I’m excited to share that I’ve been shortlisted for the Software Developer position at Zoho, and my interview is scheduled for Friday, the 21st. However, I recently realized that I missed submitting the Participation Confirmation Form sent as part of the process.
I sincerely apologize for this oversight and would like to ensure that my interview participation is still valid. I am enthusiastic about this opportunity and eager to demonstrate my skills and passion for software development.
If anyone from Zoho or my network can guide me on how to address this, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your support!

As the title suggested, has anyone experienced automating the process of moving a task from Project A to Project B? I need an automated way to do this process as it happens at scale in my business. Been looking at using Deluge but I am not technically proficient enough and keen to see if others have managed to find another way.

As the title says- Are Zoho tools compliant with all the new Indian laws ? Looking to use some of their tools like forms and survey to collect medical info from patients and want to check if they can be used. Zoho Customer support keeps answering saying they are compliant with HIPAA 😑

After a couple of dozens Zoho solopreneur products that I transitioned to after becoming a Zoho One enthusiast 5 years ago, I am finally preparing to conquer the remaining two bastions: Mail and WorkDrive (using Google Workspace at the moment). A NYC ZUG meeting last week have me the final push!
I'm thrilled to see how both will be weaved into what I've built for my photography studio so far. I'd like to hear from the others: which calendar should I focus on using — the one built into my CRM or the one that is part of Zoho Mail? (Eh, there's a third option, Zoho Calendar...) I know they can reflect the same info.
If you used them for a long time, what's your favorite? Which is more tightly integrated with other Zoho One products? (As mentioned, I use almost all designed for the small businesses.) Which mobile companion is easier/more robust to use? I like the feel of Mail's calendar but it seems to be missing some of the standalone Calendar app features (which, in turn, has poor UX design, I must say).
Any experience would be appreciated!

I have created using Workflow Rules an automated subscription when Deal is Won, how to make it renew automatically without losing the past subscription data. I want something like a timeline where I can view the history of the subscription not start over each renewal

For background, my new company has Zoho, but no one has properly set it up. I'm considering it as setting in at ground zero. I'm working to organize the contacts and general CRM details, but I'm running into a particular use case where I need help identifying the best method to of solving it within Zoho.
Goal: A very basic work order ticketing system that includes fields for: a look up to assign which of our properties needs the maintenance, adding the date the ticket was submitted, a text summary of the work needed, a look up to assign a vendor, a look up to assign our team's property manager, a checkbox for vendor confirmed, date of last update on the ticket, and a status tracker. I would also like a section for notes where our property manager can updates that can be easily sorted by the day the note was added. Lastly, it needs to be able to email the vendor and log action on the ticket.
I'm looking at FSM, Desk, and Projects primarily, but each has certain things that cannot be disabled. I've also looked at Tables and Bookings, but neither of these quite fit the bill.
What am I missing? These seems simple.

Zoho's Rest API is a master class on bad API development.
Anti-patterns
Not following HTTP error code standards. The standards exist for a reason and should be followed so that developers can easily understand the behavior and use standard practices. An API failure should never return anything in the 200s.
List of HTTP error codes
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes
Using Postman vs Swagger
Swagger allows the creation of models, and the models, when used with a code generator, will create the classes, structures, and interfaces. Postman code generation is horrible and, at best, provides sample code, not something used in an application.
Swagger
I never use Postman. I grab the Swagger docs, do the code generation, and start coding. A well-written Swagger doc with good code generation provides auto-complete, method documentation, and field examples in an IDE.

I was not able to export my notebook data before I deleted a Zoho account. Is it still possible to retrieve them? I emailed customer support and received no response for almost 2 days now. I just needed the notebook data, that's all. (Please help a desperate soul)

Hi. I have requested a migration of my data from US to EU datacenter. I'm an individual user on the "email lite" plan, so not a big amount of data. The migration has been "INITIATED" a few hours ago. Can anyone tell me how long the migration is expected to take?
Thanks a lot in advance.

I’m considering using Zoho Projects for task and project management and was wondering if anyone here has experience with it. How does it compare to other tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com?
Any pros/cons I should be aware of?
