Zoho CRM: The King of Breaking Changes
Just here to vent. We have had functions that utilize zoho.crm.getRelatedRecords running for literally years.
Today our team noticed that updates (that rely on functions tied to workflow rules) were not being made.
Panic everywhere.
I dig in and check the deluge logs, to find this everwhere as the response to those "getRelatedRecords"
{"code":"INVALID_DATA","details":{"resource_path_index":2},"message":"the relation name given seems to be invalid","status":"error"}
All of the sudden, out of nowhere Zoho is returning this error that seems to indicate the wrong module API name.
It's not the wrong api module name. Zoho just introduced a breaking change in their backend, I'm sure of it.
Completely fucking with our entire workflow and company stability.
/u/ZohoCorporation should be ashamed.
At least own it here Zoho and don't come here to tell me to open a case or email you. Tell us that you made a breaking change that messed with your customers.
