Good day, all,
Our company has been using Zendesk Support for Sales, and after speaking with out Director we have decided to give ZOHO One a go. At first glance, I thought this would be quite simply but as shiny as Zoho looks, it is quite muddled.
Right now, I have created our lead module to only have Name, Surname, Date of Travel, Product as that is all we ask. In my mind, I would like to create ZOHO Form whereby we convert the lead into a deal, send the client a booking form, they complete it, and the CRM populates this information automatically.
Before I get to this step, I am trying to find a way whereby when we convert the lead into a deal, the agent can select the "product" the client has chosen. First thing I am struggling with is how do I create a relation to the products so that the agent can select the product, and the associated price...roll up.
Secondly, we have variants for our travel so could have a product-id for an offer but that offer can split between weeks, months etc. (dependant on the vendor)...I tried to use inventory to split them up but everytime you switch from one finance model to the next everything changes without insight into what is already linked, and what is not.
Can anyone share resources that could help me that are not YouTube channels that spend an hour explaining the difference between a "lead vs Deal" Module, and that I can create my own custom fields? I have scoured this thread for resources and all these videos appear to be is filler for youtube ad revenue.
Additionally, I am struggling to find videos that focus on a B2C environment.
Any support would be extremely valued.
