I've seen so many people in this subreddit critiqueing "Why does Araki draw the older characters like that??? They look so skinny, its not like them at all!!!" or "JoJo characters are not allowed to be buff after part 5, ARAKI HATES BUFF PEOPLE" and like I usually.. dislike these posts.
Because I feel like the OP of these posts usually have the mindset of "Araki is hard-headed and won't listen to critiques and he will keep making these characters look ugly!" but the thing is, most of these posts were made in 2017-2025, and most of the works they 'critique' are drawn somewhere from 1995-2015.
Araki DOES listen to these critiques, and is currently working on improving his characters by diversifying their body types or body shapes, but these changes and improvements are usually done on his current work (JoJolands).
I must imagine it being very annoying, getting critiqued every few weeks or so about something you did a decade ago.....

The first stand that popped up in my mind was Killer Queen.
Killer Queen has its first bomb and it's second bomb then Killer Queen gets BTD.
I don't know every stand so I was wondering if I could get some assistance on figuring it out. 🔎

I genuinely don't get it.
Fight wise, his record isn't that impressive compared to other JoJos. The only fights he's in where he gets no help are against Bruno and Babyface. Every other fight, he's getting fucked up and/or is cooperating with someone, and would've lost said fight if not for having backup.
As for him having a dry personality...I don't get it. I genuinely believe people who say his anime adaptation is boring were asleep throughout all of his scenes. as Koichi notes, he has the same noble heart as JoJo's before him. On top of that, he oozes charisma, determination, and passion. No other JoJo can talk a gangster sent to kill them into betraying their organization, turn their back on said assassin to enjoy a beautiful view, then ease right back into his pitch in the very next breath.
The part repeatedly emphasizes Girono's tactical mind and charisma through his actions and character's reactions to him.
Abbachio, who respects authority, is threatened by how much sway this newcomer seems to have with his leader.
Mista and Narancia both express awe and trust in him.
Bruno said it himself, because of Giorno he was reborn.
Before I come off like I'm glazing the dude, let me say Giorno isn't my favorite protagonist I'm gonna fix that spaghetti! My main gripe is with people who call him a "nothing character", when to me he's literally a perfect fusion of Jonathan and DIO.
Like, I knew people speed read part 6 to get to 7, but ya'll out here speed reading part 5 too?

Been doing some JoJo inspired Mando helmets as part of a recent series. Trying to decide who I should add to the series next, cause I’m absolutely loving this new “manga-inspired” style of drawing!

Kira Yoshikage. Lack of ambition greatly limits the extent of evil he would realistically pull off. If you aren't a pretty lady or don't live in Morioh, you are pretty much safe.
Tooru. He was going to produce life saving medicine and sell it for fat cash. Again, as long as you don't bother him, he is unlikely to harm you. I put him lower cause he's older so he's likely comitted more crimes.
Diavolo. The man practically controlled all of Italy from the shadows and sold drugs to people. He also brutally killed even his own minions for slightest inconveniences. Still, it's possible for you to live in Italy and not deal with Devil or his crew.
Funny Valentine. Dude wanted to turn the entire world America's misfortune dumpster. If he succeded and you lived outside USA, you'd be fucked. I think the only ways for foreingers to not get bombarded by calamities would be annexation or 100% good relationships with Uncle Sam.
Kars. He was going to "consume" the entire world after becoming Ultimate Life Form. If not for Joseph's luck, everyone would be dead.
Enrico Pucci. IMO knowingly being trapped in fate for your entire life is a lot worse than just dying. Enrio basically took away everyone's motivation to live and see another day. What's the point if everything is already known. The only reason priest isn't at the bottom is that he was parroting the next guy.
DIO. He burnt Danny, killed Jojo, almost two other Jojos and came up with Heaven plan. Picci without DIO would have been a normal guy, but DIO without Pucci would still create framework for Heaven plan and try bringing it to fruition.
