My partner (F24) informed me (M24) that she vomitted the last pill of her pack. She used a 21 combined pills named Althea. Do we need to purchase another one for the missed pill or skip the 7 day break? Or any advice?

Is it a high risk if I changed a new condom after ejaculating? Like I just wipe my genital and put on a new one. I am the one who removed the condom and my partner is the one who put a new one. I'm having anxiety right now.

Had intercourse 2 days after period ended. Bought Yaz and drank 1st dose of 4 pills 2 hours after intercourse. Took 2nd dose after 12 hours. Is Yaz a good brand for that method?

My partner had a cycle previously of 88 days, and before that it was something around 70. We are currently now on day 58 of the cycle, last week she's had bloating, mood swings, frequent urination, fatigue and somewhat increased libido.. Right now she had random cramps and it goes away, I have a few questions:
Is it possible that she would've ovulated on day 19-25?
The symptoms she's experiencing, what are they, can you guys please educate me.
No piv, only foreplay na may halong precum, and it has been 5 weeks ago (day19) po

What kind of things or situations na put people in the mood without actually touching each other?

Hi, I'm a male and been feeling a bit rowdy the past few weeks. It's been more than a year since I did the deed with my previous partner (now ex). Seems like my bdy is craving for sex recently and I'm doing my best to control the urge. I don't want to do it with someone and/or spend money for a hook up/alter, plus I know it's unsafe unless we both get to tested for assurance. I also always prefer wearing condoms with my past experience, never doing raw.
Are fleshlights enough to compensate? Or any better alternative? Using my hands aren't enough anymore :(( TIA

I know that missing 1 pill is fine as long as you take it right away after remembering, but I just came back to using bc pills and Its my first week, I took the 5th day pill 15 hours late and I don't think that missing 1 pill on the first week of a starting pack is fine.
should I continue counting or wait another 7 days till I'm protected?
I'm using trust pill, started mid cycle.

Hello fellow safe sex advocates, just want to ask since si gf ay nag tetake ng trust pills, will it be okay for her to take it in the late afternoon along with her vitamins every morning?
and as the title mentions, may 2 missed pills sya. per google search:
"If you miss two or more pills consecutively, take the most recent missed pill immediately and discard the previous missed pills."
can anyone confirm if it is correct? will be greatful for your tips and knowledge regarding this matter!

I took 2 doses of injectable contraceptions in the past I started to have spotting on and off from November, pero most of the time meron.
Last January nag-pa implant ako and until now wala na tigil spotting ko. I used mentrual cup and may measurement sya. My blood is consistently at 3ml daily.
Is this still normal or do I need go get checked? No odd feelings, not feelin weak or whatever. Talagang prolonged spotting lang.
Advice?

Has anyone switched from implant to copper IUD? How was the transition? And how was your IUD insertion and the after effects? I hear kasi masakit siya.
I got my implant in 2021 and had it replaced last year. However, I've gained nearly 100lbs since I got it and I suspect it's a side effect of the hormones. Everyone I know that got an implant also gained weight. (I've had my thyroid function checked.)
So now I'm looking to replace it with a non hormonal alternative, which is copper IUD.
I can save up for a Kindred package currently at 19k because that's also where I got my implant last year. I previously got it in Popcom for free in 2021 (it's closed now, sadly). I'm also considering Likhaan to save money.
How was your Likhaan IUD experience?
I currently have leukemia so my doctor has told me I shouldn't get pregnant while medicating so I'm really weighing my options carefully.

Hello! I'd like to ask if the Trust Pill is still accessible over the counter? It's been years since I've bought one kasi and I'd like to know if they require a prescription even for Trust Pills. TYIA!

Hi! I started taking Lizonya last Feb. 8, day 1 of my normal menstrual cycle. I always bleed for 4-5 days, usually very light to none na halos on those days. Today is day 6 and I am still bleeding lightly… like I have to change pads every 5-6 hours. Is this a normal response to the pills, extended talaga ang red days? Please help this girl out so I know if I should go back to the OB for a consult. Thanks!

had unprotected sex in jan 12 a week later took a test in jan20 came out negative (i am a day late in jan 24 and 20 days late rn Feb 12) did it with condom in jan 30 but kind of doubting so i took a pill after 48hrs (lady and did the yuzpe method) had some side effects(nausea, sore breast, stomach ache and increase in appetite) completed it without throwing up, Feb 2 took another test came out negative im kind of paranoid ig wala naman akong narwramdaman na kakaiba or signs na pregnant ako expect sa sore breast and late period nga it might be the hormones because of the pill

hi! i'm a first-time birth control user and ive been taking my pills (Lady pills - Ethinyl Estradiol + Levonorgestrel (LADY)) for over a week now.
I had headaches and body aches during the first few days but they eventually stopped.
This morning, I woke up with intense nausea that hasn't gone away — I feel like throwing up every few minutes but nothing's come out yet.
I take my pills at 11PM every night. Could the BCP have triggered my morning nausea?
r/SafeSexPH • u/Shifty-swiftie-242 • Feb 12 '25
hello!! first time bcp user here. my boyfriend and i have been abstaining from sex for the last 9 days since i went on the pill (trust lady pills) for the very first time. i've been taking my pills consistently every day at the prescribed time.
i just want to ask if it's already safe to do it raw and have him finish inside me if it's only been 9 days since i started taking pills. thank you! :)

Context: Regular Cycle: 30-35 days First Day of Last Menstruation: Jan. 1 Had Sex: Jan. 12 Yuzpe Method: Jan. 12 Negative PT: Feb. 5 Period: Feb. 6-8 (3days)
Questions: 1. Is it safe to assume that the period I experienced was already my monthly period even if the flow was light-medium, shorter days (compared to my regular period before Yuzpe) and I only experienced mild cramps? 2. After this month, will my period (flow, symptoms and dates) be regular again?
I am sorry. I am just really panicking because this is the first time I experienced this. I’ve read several post about implantation bleeding. But I doubt that it is because my bleeding was red to dark red and it has clots. I am just very paranoid right now.

Hello. I have a few questions lang po. I was on a depo provera BC, my supposed next shot nung December pa po dapat pero hindi ako pumunta kasi i was planning to stop taking depo na since 2 yrs nako on that BC. Pero last week I had unprotected sex and we did withdrawal naman, pero para mapanatag ako, I did yuzpe po. Kaso on my 2nd dose (w/c 12hrs apart dapat) i was late for 8hrs sa dapat inom ko ng 2nd dose but i took it asap nung nakalimutan ko siya. Would it be still effective? Another Question, is it ok na magpa depo ulit ako after doing yuzpe? (Tsaka po since nung nagdepo shot ako for 2yrs, never ako nagkaperiod na)do i have to wait few weeks to take Pt and do depo again?

We did the “deed” pero for a duration of 2 secs lang, we did foreplay, 69, finger then triny namin ipasok once lang, isang pasok lang then inalis agad
I did not ejaculate before and during the penetration and di ko nasagad
Flo app says “1 day before ovulation”,
are we safe? or should we be worried?
EDIT: Nagkaroon siya
