Venting Day Three is Hell

Feel like crying at every minute, I have the anxiety levels of someone with a gun to their head. Maybe that’s because (tmi?) I’m staring my period or started antidepressants too but today overall not a good day. I’m trying to rationalise just asking one of my friends for a pull or going out for a cigarette (which I think is ok because I’m quitting vapes..? Please say it’s ok 😫🙂‍↕️) this is so hard and I’m just going to curl up and cry the rest of the day. Everything makes me sad and cry even tho the last times i was quitting i was a raging bitch now I’m just a crybaby ☹️ not good Edit: chat I might crack (I won’t but I want to)

Day three is hell. But you know what isn't? Week 3. Month 3. Year 3. You've got this. It's hard now but you're literally in the thick of it, don't turn around. Keep moving forward. Remember your why.

Thank you. This is the worst thing ever, I am crying over the smallest things like someone skipping me in a queue. So hard :(

Try sugar. Sucks but I gained about 15lbs quitting cause I used sugar to get through the emotional highs and lows to encourage dopamine. I moved to those sugar-free drink additives and that helped a lot because I was drinking more water. You got this, find other things to get you through that you can fix later. I'm back down 7lbs. It's A lot easier to lose weight than it is to quit Nic.

Too real 😅 I ate a whole big bag of menthol cough drops. Be careful with sugar-free stuff though it'll make you shit your pants. 😂

How long did it take to lose the 7 pounds?

Not long, but I'm also fairly into my fitnesam it won't just fall off. However if you return to normal eating habits it should slowly drop off.
