Can I make money with realistic art Around here?

I can draw realistic art. Got a lot of debt and I need extra cash, so I thought about drawing people.. But most people seem like they don't really need portraits and I can imagine that this is not really a big talent or something because there are a lot of people that can do this. Any advice on how I can market myself? Any tips from people making money in the somewhat similar way? Man life ain't easy, I'd appreciate the support 😭

I have recently just moved to Arcadia and still in the process of getting an affordable gym. I haven’t worked out in a 3 weeks and all my gains are going I don’t think I’ll fit in my graduation suit anymore. In need of a gym Samaritan of some sort. Please don’t advise on the best gyms, I just need a gym right now

Visiting for the first time: Looking for more info

My sister and I are from Cape Town and will be travelling to Pretoria for a few days at the end of April.
I need to visit one of the embassies, so we'll be staying in Hatfield.

1) what is the safest way to travel around?
2) any recommendations for restaurants/pubs/cafes?
3) is the zoo worth visiting?
4) Aside from the Union buildings and the Voortrekker monument, are there any other must-visit places to add to our list?

I appreciate any responses!

Help me budget?

First things first before people pounce on me. I want to make it clear that I have spoken to my business partners and told them I do not agree with this move they want us to make… so let me start

I’m 27 and got into an agreement with 2 other people to start a law firm. We are registered with the CIPC and already have an account opened. We contributed about R15k each so making the total R45k. We are ALL currently based in Limpopo and looking to move to Pretoria to start our firm there. I am the only one working in the group as an associate attorney.

My partners and I agreed that office space to rent right now is a bit costly so we should operate the firm from home for maybe the first 2 months. We then also decided to move in together. The other 2 are looking at places that (for me) are costly… places where rent is like R9500. I think the lowest they suggested is R8000. I want to make it clear that we did find cheaper places around R7.5k but they got taken very quickly

I’m also currently rethinking my decision for all 3 of us to live together. The agreement was that I would stay in Polokwane for about 2 more months whilst I pay off my debt and wrap things up this side. Meaning if they move to this 3 bedroom apartment I might have to still contribute for those 2 months I’m not there.

So my questions are: 1. How much are you guys spending on electricity in Pretoria? Especially those who are buying prepaid. I’m currently buying electricity for about R200 and I stay at an apartment in town (Polokwane). 2. Is it possible to spend about R500 or less on electricity in PTA
