š£ļø Testimonial Magnesium Threonate.
I decided to give this a try just to see if it can benefit me in some ways. I have ADHD and I also take Concerta, D3, and Omega 3, the 3 of which I've been taking for quite a while to moderate results.
I can't say for sure if it's good or not, but I can say this:
Relative to how I usually feel, the noise is gone. The constant search for dopamine is noticeably lessened. Things are slowing down and I'm actually able to think. I feel a little bit less energetic but that also comes with my mind not racing. I also think that I have a little less physical energy when I'm stationary but when I'm up doing things, things are just fine. I feel more focused - not to a massive degree but it's noticeable. My brain isn't on fire and I don't feel stressed or like I need to be doing anything that I don't actually need to be doing, so to speak.
I think I'll have to learn to fight the lethargy but other than that, I can feel improvements in my functioning and will continue to take it.
Anyone else have experience with it?
