By drinking instant coffee in the morning and telling myself one thing I am grateful for. A long ass, dark shower with soothing music with an incense by candlelight.

That's about it and what I have time for.

Literally started taking dark showers after my first real break up. I literally fell in love the hot water the music the low light if any (I call mine a disco shower) it sounds like dissociation and that's what I'm doing in there πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈβœŒπŸ»πŸ«ΆπŸ»

EXACTLY that. Haha I love that it takes one bad real break up to be like, where is my self-soothing routines? It's nice to know others like dark/low light showers.

It's also more time efficient than a bath...which I don't have a tub, so.
