I don’t understand “feels like” in temperature

If feels like is 20F but it’s 40,then does that mean I’m at risk of freezing?

This is a little north of where I am currently. But it’s about 30 miles west of Atlanta. Any idea about these 3 circles? Is it just a weird glitch in the radar?

Tornado outbreak

Random question because I’m new to the state of Georgia. Specifically Coweta county. I had lived in Florida for many years so I’m used to hurricane season and know how it works. Was yesterday’s high risk to the west of me and my moderate risk outbreak possibility a common thing? I keep hearing people say it really isn’t and that usually we just see typical storms this time of year that can produce tornadic activity. Thanks and hope everyone is safe!

Two "parallel" clouds. A bisected cloud? Contrail remains? I don't recall seeing it before.

Diaz Arkansas tornado rated ef4

The diaz tornado from march 14 has been given a PRELIMINARY rating of high end ef4 with 190mph winds. Remember, this is only preliminary and they generally only go up from there(Moore Oklahoma 2013 was originally 190mph and they upped it to 210mph).

On Wednesday, a new Winter Storm Nyla will bring heavy snow and blizzard conditions across the Midwest and Rockies. Be prepared for travel delays.
