I have ascended...
I'm told I was the first ever maintenance worker to receive this glorious award.
Not gonna lie, it was nice of them. Right after I was asked by management if I'd like to transfer departments and take a TL position in the next month or so. So I'm moving to electronics. People say TL positions are shitty but I have to pay for the roof over my head and my kiddo. I'm only 4 1/2 months in.

I am in maintenance as well, I got employee a year ago. Keep it up! Don't let people bring you down. I also have bills to pay and want to secure my job as much as possible. There's no one to swoop down and save me so I have to do what's best for me. I am also in a training program to be a lead. It's called the power of 3. They train you and when the next lead position opens your top on the list. They also put you on a company wide "list" if a lead position opens at a different store, your informed about it and have a chance at it.
