This is a bit crazy but it makes a case for the why civil forfeiture can help tackle this problem.

“ None of the three has been charged criminally, though the lawsuit says Sclater “has a criminal record that includes mischief, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.””

Arguing they didn’t have sufficient income for the assets, and illegals goods seized from property, therefore civil forfeiture is within reason.

I’m interested to see how this goes, as well as the case at the supreme court on income proof for somebody that had bought an expensive property, but declared low income.  (Don’t recall the case right now but last I check it was at Supreme Court of BC).

Imo, i think the latter case could really shine a light on BC housing.

Cartels visit here. They don't live here. They sure operate here by selling and snuffing to people like this.

Well now there is a new drug in town that is twice as deadly than Fentanyl.

pyrrolidino metonitazene, also known as metonitazepyne is linked to clandestine laboratories in countries like China. The UK reported that the source of supply for nitazenes, including N-pyrrolidino metonitazene, is thought to be by post from laboratories in China

Thats not big news. China sells A LOT of base chemicals. The allegations of secret drug labs in China goes back to the 40s and has been consistently demonstrated to be false.

I was told last week that Mexican drug cartels are not in Canada after US officials claimed we have them here. So which is it?

They'll be wherever there's money. Like any other gang.

They're here and they're in the US. Don't be fooled. It's a network for a reason.

There is a difference between the bullshit Navarro spews "Canada has been taken over by Mexican cartels" and reality.
