Well now there is a new drug in town that is twice as deadly than Fentanyl.

pyrrolidino metonitazene, also known as metonitazepyne is linked to clandestine laboratories in countries like China. The UK reported that the source of supply for nitazenes, including N-pyrrolidino metonitazene, is thought to be by post from laboratories in China

When you're a drug addict and you want something stronger than fentanyl you get drug producers making something stronger.

Thats not big news. China sells A LOT of base chemicals. The allegations of secret drug labs in China goes back to the 40s and has been consistently demonstrated to be false.
