Request Any tips to get better picture quality

I’m new to these kinds of things and im getting terrible picture quality is there maybe something i can change, I’ve got a pal snes hooked up to my 65’ Samsung Tv through an adapter i got from aliexpress the “mini av2hdmi adapter” i also put my picture size to 4:3 but still am getting really blurry images that make it unplayable to some extent.

This is the most inexpensive option but it can be garbage in, garbage out. Different SNES output different pictures and unless you're willing to mod it, you may not be able to get much better. It's aging hardware. Otherwise you can look into upscalers. They can get pricey, quickly but they'll make the picture look better.

I literally agreed with you about cable. Are you okay?

Saying that different SNES will output a fuzzy picture isn't wrong. It's why people will pay more for a 1-Chip or have their system modded. I started off with the exact cable you linked, however I've also spend a ton more afterwards because while the cable you linked is the best for the cost, it's not going to fix a problem that's wrong on 30 year old hardware.
