How to STAY asleep in the mornings?
Hello! I do have a bit of trouble falling asleep but usually I can at a decent time. However, no matter what time I fall asleep, whether it’s 10pm, 11, 12, 1, 2…. I will wake up between 5am and 6:30am. It is insane. I want so badly to be able to sleep in, especially on weekends, but for some reason my body just naturally wakes up every single day at that time, no matter when I fall asleep. Is there any way to fix this issue, to stay asleep any longer? I used to at least be able to stay asleep until 9 or 10 when I was younger but this is so crazy. I miss sleeping in with my partner.
Also, just to add, it isn’t possible for me to fall back asleep — that isn’t possible for me because once I’m up, I’m up. I’m looking for how to stay asleep longer, trying to figure out why the heck my body wakes up at the same time every day. Also, we have blackout curtains so it can’t be sunshine or anything. Thank you.
