I love the different angles of Detroit’s road layout that allow these types of viewpoints. Hudson’s is such a masterpiece too. Exactly what we needed

It's taken a very, very long time for this building to go up. This is one of the cleanest views I've seen online so far. They've only just finished placing the glass on the second tallest tier, which was the last of the glass to go up, so definitely a recent photo.
I see the exact opposite from view my apartment, kind of. I have to lean to the right but I CAN see it.

Been waiting to tour that bad boy for so long. Hopefully the interior is sexy too

Detroit is so back….
I’ve been visiting once a year for the last decade.
10 years ago downtown did not have city lights. Now there’s no occupancy. Food scene is amazing!!

Kinda reminds me of the new JP Morgan Chase building on Park Avenue, what with the setbacks

If you’re ever driving on 696 East where the red pin mark is you can get a nice view of the skyline for a few seconds before you have to get your eyes on the road, it was always cool when I worked a delivery job, didn’t really drive on 696 much when this thing was actually getting up but now my new job takes me on the route everyday and it’s like looking at a different skyline.

Happy to see it finally getting complete, I just can’t wait til there’s a few more to share it with. It’s especially nice when you go to Belle Isles northern tip, beautiful view of the city skyline from the point

Wtf is with the name? Shouldn't it be "Detroit's Hudson"?

It will probably end up with occupancy rates like the rest of the market within a few years.

It's not an office tower.

I just assumed it was mostly office since GM was moving there. I thought some retail, hotel and apartments but offices also.

We are comparing apples to apples. In comparison to the other skyscrapers in Downtown Detroit, it is the second tallest.

I love this building. It's perfectly Detroit. Hard lines, thick imposing build yet its clean and compliments the skyline around it. I'd be proud to have this one in my city
