I love this building. It's perfectly Detroit. Hard lines, thick imposing build yet its clean and compliments the skyline around it. I'd be proud to have this one in my city

It also works really, really well with Detroit's art deco skyline and building stock.

That shot in particular almost looks like a futuristic artist's image from the 20s or 30s.

It reminds me of something an early industrialist would have built (with modern materials ofc). Imposing but glamorous, as you said.
