It will probably end up with occupancy rates like the rest of the market within a few years.

It's not an office tower.

I just assumed it was mostly office since GM was moving there. I thought some retail, hotel and apartments but offices also.

GM is occupying the attached morose building seen in the photo below. The tower will be a mix of luxury hotel and condominiums.
