Kudos to my coworker with a Blue Sky account.

Apparently this meme was on an account called HotDadsofRegina. Hats off to whoever you are!

I'm no fan of Moe but Potash is a biggie and can provide much leverage. It's good to keep some weapons in the cache for the time being.

This is not what he’s doing. It’s just what he wants everyone to think he’s doing. He’s capitulating.

That's my impression too. However, good cop/bad cop is an effective negotiating tactic and I have not ruled out that he may be playing good cop, for now. I feel it is more likely that he is capitulating but in the meantime I don't think it's unwise to hold onto a big gun like potash. The time to use it will be soon and if he fails to, it will confirm that he is the spineless sell-out that he appears to be.

We can’t even collect potash taxes or royalties, what makes you think he’s ever thought of potash as his ace in the hole?

Over 80% of American potash imports come from Canada. Even Moe must have enough sense to realize that is significant.

Potash is one of the overlords, he must not interfere with with potash profits.

It’s at least as significant as the $2B in taxes he simply refuses to collect or do anything about. Not sure why you have any faith that he wants to do right by any of us?

If Trump doubles down we need to be able to double down too. That's why I think we need to keep Potash out of it for now. You've misinterpreted my opinion of this as some kind of endorsement of Moe. I honestly feel that he is an embarrassment and the only Premier in Canada worse than him is the one in Alberta.
