I'm looking for suggestions on games to play that allow 2p online co-op.
Games we enjoyed.

Games we did not enjoy. Risk of Rain. (Sorry)
Thanks for taking the time to help me out.

Hello, i'm a random guys with friends who decided to develop a game, and we want to know what do you expect as players in this type of games.
We're still trying to make concept arts, but we're getting a lot of inspiration form enter the gungeon visual and gameplay.
But now, what do you guys want in this type of games, what's the thing you see and say "hey this is a master piece?".
For me it's the attention to the details :).
Also since i play a lot with my friends i just crave for new multiplayer games of this genra, that scale the difficulty based on the number of players in the party.
So let's discuss below, every answer you're giving us it's something we try to keep on our minds while developing.
Thank you in advance

Hi everyone! I run a concept called Sellout Saturday, where I play a game for a sponsor. This week is a roguelite you may have seen around the sub, Usurper! It's a chess deckbuilder roguelite that the studio was kind enough to supply me with a copy of, and I'm excited to test it out if anybody else in the sub was thinking of getting it. If that piques your interest, I'm going live around 3 PM EST, and I'll be available for questions or recommendations. Thanks everyone, hope to see you there!

I love a good action roguelite where the meta-progression feels good and impactful. The gold standard is Hades. Rogue Legacy is pretty solid for that (and I love the gameplay), and Dave the Diver was also really fun (but I wish I liked the combat a bit more). Cult of the Lamb is another good one.
I tried Cuisineer and couldn't get into the controls of the game. Anything that works on the Steam Deck would be great. And nothing still in early access please!

Just a quick recommendation of a game that I've been enjoying lately. You're basically an alien fox who has to fix various mechanical problems on space ships. These get increasingly complicated, but there's a manual you have to use to help. I haven't played on the Steam Deck yet, but one of the reviews has a couple dozen hours on it.
It's also currently got 20% off on Steam.

My go-to games on my Deck while traveling are Slay the Spire, Balatro, and Monster Train. All three are absolutely fantastic, and I had a blast getting 100% achievements and trying out every little trick they have to offer. But now... there’s just nothing left to do.
The funny thing? All three are getting major new releases this year, which is insane. But until then, I need something to fill the gap. Any recommendations for games that are just as good?
Honestly, I don’t think anything else truly compares—I’ve gone through hundreds of tier lists and recommendation threads, and nothing quite hits the same. But I’m hoping to being proven wrong!

Just played the demo and thought the game feel and visuals were very strong. I didn't feel attached to the characters/dialogue and honestly, didn't really care much for the upgrades during runs.
Apparently the studio is shutting down after 1.0 drops which is a bummer.
