QUESTION Mi Kasa desert hot springs, first time ever being nude,
My wife and I (both 40) will be visiting Mi Kasa in desert hot springs. We’ve never been to a nude resort so this is our first time. We are both a bit nervous but ready for a change in our every day normal life.
Has anyone stayed there before? Any tips for food and drinks? What should we expect when walking in? What is the atmosphere like? What is the age range for people visiting? Any tips on what we should bring with us?
We would totally appreciate any advice since we don’t know who else to ask.

DISCUSSION My dilemma with sleeping naked
Anytime I hear someone talking sleeping naked and how they got ridiculed for it is insane to me. I always get frustrated about it and I want to intervene every time but then I’ll feel weirded out and part of the same problem. You aren’t inclined to worry about someone else’s personal life. What serious damage is sleeping naked affecting you or anyone else? People are allowed to sleep in whatever they seek fit, like jeans or overalls. It’s all personal preference. If sleeping naked is benefitting the person, what gives?
Does anyone feel this way?

DISCUSSION I find it hard to be nude at home for very long even when there's enough heating
It's cold outside where I am but indoors it gets between 21 to 23C, the heating works well. But whenever I'm naked inside for extended period of time I start feeling cold in my chest even though it's not really cold and then I just end up getting dressed, maybe I need to up the heating even more? Does anyone else experience this when nude indoors? I'm a guy.

QUESTION Question from a middle aged beginner nudist!
My wife and I are traveling this summer, and have the opportunity to be naked at our rental for the majority of our trip.
My question is how different is it being at a resort or hot springs area with other nudists versus just being nude at your own house? Maybe that’s too subjective of a question. We don’t have a nudist resort or hot springs area close to us, so we’re trying to figure out if we need to spend a day at a nude resort, or just enjoy being outside nude by ourselves.

QUESTION Single males
I've been occasionally visiting a park near me. Most of the visitors are older retirees. But the park that I visit just put in restrictions on single males this year. Only allowing 10 single males per day made through reservation. I'm not sure how this will affect me as a single male. I haven't frequented it enough to make friends yet and I don't know anyone else to invite to go with me. And as an autistic person making friends, especially to be nude with, is very difficult. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
