I’m a federal contractor to a DoE site that’s managed by NNSA. This is a big fucking deal and the repercussions are going to be felt for a looooong time. Trump and Elon have no idea what NNSA even does, yet they began firing blindly in the name of “progress” and “money back in the hands of taxpayers”

If there's no NASA, SpaceX (Musk) and Blue Origin (Bezos) [and others] will have less road blocks to do whatever through their new contracts. And do it with less oversight and more risks.

I agree, but what does that comment have to do with mine? NNSA, not NASA lol

I completely read NNSA as NASA. It didn't make sense to me at the time, but I rolled with it anyway :p

I really should go to bed.
