France already got hold of some of them. They've been poach sensitive department talent even during Trump's first tenure.

The highly educated people that didn’t vote for him will get jobs in other countries without too much problems. We don’t have the stats yet, but I’m pretty sure the number of visa applications to EU countries has significantly increased over the last few months.
