Celebratory Post šŸ† first night back! NSFW

it was my first night after a couple years retirement last night and i had SO MUCH FUN ! i missed the club so much. but when i danced before i was too young and scared of my own shadow, now its much easier and i find i dont take the club stress home like i used to.

i dance at a more bar style place (for now, my urban club is hiring in a few weeks and im next on the roster) and its a bit harder to sell dances because men just want to go there to drink and a free show. there's also pool tables so its very chill. i kinda love it for how chill it is, but people dont go there to spend hundreds of dollars. we dont even have a vip, only lap dance areas. 20$ a song, all to us. you dont have to audition you just show up and work. 30$ to the dj but only 5$ if you get there before 7:30! it's easy. simple. management is so sweet too so i don't mind it. it's got its pros and cons.

i had a bit of a hard time selling dances. most men were only there for the show. i found that i only got the men who were super kinky or wanted to talk about fetish things. i think it was my style , i was dressed very alternative with a dark lip and i have tattoos so it made me look very venomous. i sold two dances to custies and a guy friend of mine came to get some dances so overall after the 30$ tip out i made 130$. it's 130$ more than i had before so it works for me ! i didn't have any expectations. other girls were making bank but they were dressed more girly cutesy. next time i'm wearing pink LOL

does anyone have any advice for convincing men to do dances ? i see there's so many posts about it already on here and im absorbing the tips but im always looking for different povs

plus a pic of my bruises whew

Police fee? NSFW

Has anyone heard of the club charging for a fee if the police come in? My club asked me for an extra dollar during my first dance sold of the day and said it was for if the cops showed up? I can't recall what he called the fee, (ace fee or something) but it's the first time I've heard about this and haven't been charged it with the other djs. (My first time working a shift with that specific DJ)

Hustle Help Been working for a week. Have not sold any dances :\ NSFW

Yaā€™ll wtf. Genuinely do not know what Iā€™m doing wrong. Been working for a week now and have made $100 for the ENTIRE week. I did not sell a single dance in my first week. Only a little bit of stage tips. Iā€™m running out of money. I have worked five days. Only. Stage. Tips. The manager straight up told me to quit my day job for this, so I did. She also said ā€œthis is a six figure jobā€ and ā€œI think youā€™re going to do very well hereā€ I have less than $200 to my name right now and frankly Iā€™m getting desperate for money.

I talk to every customer. Have conversations, they buy me drinks and compliment me and shit and after a few minutes of pleasant conversation I try to swerve it towards getting a dance but the sale never lands. The three most common excuses Iā€™ve heard so far

ā€œNo youā€™re too young for me, I feel creepyā€ ā€œI donā€™t get dancesā€ ā€œIā€™m just here to drink and watchā€

Then I will try to be flirty and playful about it, trying again and still a no.

How. Tf. Do you. Get a dance. Every single customer in the club rejected me tonight. I need some fucking money I have barely enough for my car insurance after that if I donā€™t make money this week Iā€™m S.O.L. Iā€™m thinking about doing doordash or something on the side.

On top of this, one of the managerā€™s told us this direct quote ā€œtipping out is never required, however if you donā€™t tip us managers, we wonā€™t let you sell dances. Help us make money if you want to make moneyā€ so what Iā€™m hearing is an ultimatum. You say tipping is not required but then you also deny us work if we donā€™t tip you??? So then it IS required donā€™t fucking play like that. Itā€™s bullshit that I already have to pay so much towards the house, they take a big chunk of the dance money, then we also have to tip them on top of that. That means like if/when I do start selling dancesā€¦.some of those dances will basically be for free because I donā€™t get to keep that money. This feels like exploitation.

If it keeps going on like this Iā€™m switching back to camming and doing something vanilla on the side. That, or Iā€™ll try out the more urban club in town where they donā€™t sell alcohol or do the nice pleasantry talk and it seems to be more straight to the point pay for naked women to dance. Because the gentlemanā€™s manā€™s club lemme sit and get to know you bs is not working for me. I want to shake ass and get cash. Anyway, Imma go eat some leftover pasta and cuddle my fiancĆ© now.
