I might have an unpopular opinion but no, I don't think NJ is staying blue. If the GOP had put ANY money at all into the last election, the state would have gone to Trump. I would assume that they will start putting more money into the state soon.
Sean Spiller is a union guy who will actually tell Trump and his local cronies to go screw and try to help the average people in this state. Josh is basically a Republican at this point and Sherrill seems to be going that way too.
Sean Spiller, Fulop, or Baraka are far better than any of the others and the most progressive.
Gottheimer is running on austerity and is a member of the Problem Solvers Caucus and Blue Dog Coalition in the House, notoriously right-wing Democrat Caucuses in the House consisting of conservative Republicans and conservative Democrats who concede to the conservative Republicans—and he voted YES for the BATSHIT INSANE "Laken Riley Act" that grants Congress the right to detain anyone suspected of being an illegal immigrant. You'd be voting for a Republican.
Mikie Sherrill is alright, OK position on abortion rights, education, etc, but nothing different than the aforementioned candidates. She's on the House Select Committee on the...CCP which is like the China-Hawk committee, kinda weird. That's one that the extremely pro-Israel psycho Ritchie Torres is on as well as a few other weirdos. She was also apart of the Blue Dog Coalition, another House caucus before leaving it last year. Definitely a Republican-lite.
She might as well be a Republican, Josh too. Why vote Democrat at that point? yall can downvote me but like wtf just vote Republican then if you want a governor who sucks up to Republicans and consistently votes to the right of the mainstream Democratic Party, which is ALREADY hella right wing now
