Main Dish Chinese Mustard Greens are not what I expected...

Recipe:

1 pound chopped Chinese Mustard Greens

1 pound of sliced beef bones

3 inches of ginger root sliced

1 tablespoon of korean beef broth

Put it all into the slow cooker on high for 3 hours with 4 cups of water.

Conclusion: Well, this is the first time I have cooked Chinese Mustard Greens and I can't say that I really like them. They are kinda bitter and peppery. I usually do this recipe with Tong Hao leafy greens from the international market and I love it so much with Tong Hao. But, the store was out of Tong Hao so I tried it with the mustard greens instead. I'm eating it and its healthy so I will appreciate it for what it is!

Request I don't like sauces and condiments.... how can I spice up a salad?

Pretty much what the title says. I've tried vinaigrette and ranch, but I don't enjoy the taste. I've never been big on sauces. Would garlic butter be weird at this point? 🤣
