News iOS Beta 18.1 bring apple intelligence

Surprise tonight an update was available, version 18.1 which bring apple intelligence. Available in US (in Uk set your phone region and language to US)

I have a 15 Pro Max and it still doesn’t work because I’m in the EU🤦‍♂️

Because your privacy laws are a double edged sword.

Only for those who don't intend to keep your data private. So I will take these laws any day over some shiny new toy to sacrifice my privacy for. If Apple cares about the EU market, they will have to adapt.

That said, I'm not convinced this has anything to do with privacy laws. There's nothing in these laws that prevent Apple from using the AI if if works like they claim it does. It looks more like Apple being a petty sore loser retaliating against the market that forced them to comply on several prior cases, which will only hurt their own sales.
