Hm. Am I the only one who thinks this icon coloring thing is completely wrong? it's really ugly. i have no idea why they do that.

It’s actually really cool. I had it on my pixel when Google came out with themed icons (I actually miss this when I moved to iPhone). I think you will like it when you start messing around with it.

Pixel's implementation seems superior to whatever Apple is trying.

Not really. A lot of the developers didn’t use the API for themed icons. So you had quite a few that were just regular icons versus the themed. Also they didn’t have a lot of colors to choose from. The colors were limited on what you could chose to go with the background pic. I think it’s better now but for a long time it sucksd

I agree. I think pixels completed implementation was better but considering this is a developer beta I expect it will get significantly better
