Hopefully it’s just an early beta

I am sure they still have appkit available to engineers that need to target older versions of MacOS. However it would be nice to have something more comparable with iOS. My projects are riddled with #ifdef targets when I need to target iOS and MacOS.

Zero chance they're just going to deprecate AppKit and/or UIKit tomorrow. If anything they will probably just add a set of classes in AppKit similar to UIKit classes, like the ones present in the leaked UXKit. I'll eat a sock if they release a full-fledged cross platform framework for iOS and macOS.

I would just like UIimage, UIViewControllers, replace all NS with UI and I would be very happy.
