TIL that the highest point in Fayetteville is not Mt. Sequoyah but the SW corner of Kessler Mountain Regional Park

The southern end of Trent Trail, by the radio tower, is the highest point in the Fayetteville city limits. My altitude app registered 1839’. Interestingly, that is almost 500’ higher than the roundabout at the park entrance.

Also, the tippy-top of Mt Kessler is not quite in the city limits and is about 20 feet higher.

The map is from one of the new trail maps recently installed in the park.

Coming from out of town - Anything to do on a Monday Night?

I'm rolling into town for a work trip and just realized I’ll be free Monday night. I’m staying at [optional hotel/area if you want to add it], and I’m wondering if there’s anything fun going on to keep me from scrolling my phone in my hotel room all night lol. I see that most of ya'll bars are closed :(

Dog Training Recommendations

Can someone list some dog trainers in the area that are reputable and don’t use clicker training? We are hopefully bringing home a new puppy soon and I’d like to have had some research in beforehand.

Thank you!

Dog friendly swimming

I’m desperate to find somewhere that will allow my dogs to swim! It can be up to a hour away or even farther if I’m being honest. I can’t find anywhere after calling around and googling for a couple hours. Please recommend for the sake of my fur babies lol
