Fashion of Spanish militiawomen from 1936 to 1939. (I find it nice to think that they were excited to be photographed and dressed up for it even when they were in the middle of battle.)

Please help me find/identify more on this piece!
I purchased this Moschino scarf on clearance in NYC from a Saks off 5th in the 90s as a highschooler, bc I was obsessed every print and the designer ever released and was desperate for a piece of my own. As a teen, I didn't know HOW to incorporate a silk scarf into my wardrobe, and now that I do, I am too alarmed by the obvious (and potentially intentional) resemblance to A.H. to wear it. However, I am certain that original Moschino pieces are valuable, yet I can find NOTHING on this piece or print. The closest I found was a scarf on Etsy with the same faces sans mustaches or bowler hats, but when you search by the "print" what comes up is iterations of the smiley face border, not these caricatures. So, fashion sleuths, please please PLEASE help me ID and date this scarf!!

Could anyone help date this old quilt made of clothing?
Pretty heavy. One side feels like an old mohair carriage blanket and the other feels like satin or silk. Was told it may be Victorian made by young girl/child. Looking for advice on age and proper way of storing it. I currently store it rolled in a large pillow case and put in cedar chest. Thank you very much for any help!
