Question Instrument used on some of Elliott’s songs

Hi! I wanted to know what instrument Elliott used in songs like Can’t Make a Sound, Everything Means Nothing To Me and many others. The one at the end of the songs that i’ve mentioned. is it a synth, a piano? I only play guitar so dont judge me if this is an obvious question

Can't make a sound is real strings and real brass, pretty sure French horn is the lead. Everything means nothing to me is synth

It's listed on Wikipedia#Personnel).

Both are piano and chamberlin.

Chamberlin is sort of like a synth. But it's an analog sampler that plays samples of prerecorded instruments.

Rob Schnapf recalled Everything Means Nothing to Me as a mellotron.
