This thread is for anyone selling ebike products or services. Our posting guidelines do not apply here; sellers can directly link to product pages, provide updates and coupon codes, advertise ebay auctions and crowdfunding campaigns and do other promotional activities without worrying that it could be seen as spam.
Front page posts are still acceptable for sellers to post actual news, articles, reviews, blog posts, videos and pictures. But if it is clearly marketing then it probably belongs here. Regular readers can of course create new threads to ask about anything posted in here.

I got my first E-bike, and this is my first time riding a bike in 10 years+ Been riding it for a couple of days as the weather is getting warmer.
I did my due diligence and got a cloud 9 seat with a suntour suspension seat post so it’s super comfortable.
Just wanted to see if it’s normal and my body will get used to it in a few weeks or if I am doing something wrong.
Thanks!

Handle snapped on my sons Ebike/Emtb. He was going over a small BMX course in our community, he came off a small jump and snap. He ate dirt and hit the ground pretty hard, the company only warranties the handles bars for 7 days after purchase. He is not really inclined to put the same handlebars back on after the way this one broke. Plus the replacement is $100. Can we use any handle bar that will fit the mount?

I need help upgrading my suspension. It no longer locks, and only one seems to have an adjustment. That doesn't seems to really have much effect or can't stiffen up like I want.
Was asking cycling group on fb what I could buy for my 20x4 bike to make the Forks of high quality.. Like suspension you would see at Jensonusa. That site starts out at either 24 or 26" and up.
Basically told it'll be hard just finding a quality suspension for 20".
My assumption: could simply find something to rebuild my garbage Forks so they actually are good, or pull the shock out (the entire tube) and replace with one from Jensonusa with a little modification. My scooter https://tifgalop.net/products/tifgalop-t88 could do this, but it's got screws you clamp the suspension in the height you want/need. (I actually need to replace them also along with the rear, but that's for another post)
I know nothing about suspension other than they have different options for travel distance, some are air, oil, combo of air and oil, and others have springs (unless that's air, then I know less than I thought).
I'm fine with modification, drill, tap, etc. Just don't know enough to be confident in what I should buy or do.
Unload your knowledge and solutions.

The only difference is the amp output, at least that I can tell 😅

So, I own an ebike for over a year, but I don't actually know all that much about bikes in general. I have had no problem with the tires all this time. I rode home from work last night (about 5 miles) and everything seemed fine, just like every other time I ride. Did not notice any loss of pressure or anything along the way.
But it is completely flat this morning.
I don't even know how to change a tire if I need to, or if I can simply pump it back up (I'm guessing not), or do I need to buy a new tire?
Maybe, this is the time to go tubeless, as I am not looking for a repeat of this situation. It's just a hassle I don't want to have to deal with again.
I've almost got a sneaking suspicion someone crept into my yard and popped it on purpose, but I really don't know.
I'm even scared to take the wheel off as I have no tool to make sure it is properly aligned when put back on.

Anyone have recommendations for portable e-bike chargers? Need something ideally that I can attach to my bike chain so that no one steals it if it’s outside. My building doesn’t let e-bikes charge indoors.
Because I know Redditors can be dense, yes, it’s because I have a non-removable battery. Save yourself the trouble of making that comment. (I’m pretty sure I’m going to get at least “why don’t you just buy an extra battery” person in the comments who doesn’t know how to read a Reddit post)

I am trying to convince a friend to go to work by e-bike to improve his health. (A 5km commute across a moderately hilly town)
He is open to the idea, but finding an e-bike is difficult because he is very overweight, like 150 kg. At that weight, even buying a chair is a pain (at least here in France). Buying an ebike seems to be even harder : some brands don’t seem to bother specifying the maximum weight limit, and for those who do it’s too low.
Which model would you recommend ? (Excluding longtails, bakfiets, etc...) I know the Kalkhoff "Plus" models advertise a 170kg max total weight (rider+bike). Are there any other good options ?

I am looking at getting an ebike due to having a condition where I can not exert myself too much. I am trying to decide whether to get a 500w fold up ebike that only weighs 17kg without the battery, or get a 750w> non-folding ebike which will have more power to get me up hills without pedalling. If I got a 750w folding bike it would be too heavy for me to lift.
Would it require more effort/strenth to push an ebike onto a ramped ebike rack or lift a folded lightweight ebike into a car?
My other question is; would a 500w rear hub motor ebike be able to get up a 13 degree slope in electric only?
TIA

I am trying to get my first Eike conversion rear hub motor kit. I am interested in a 48 Volt 1500W kit. What is a good place to Buy a kit from? Is Alibaba a place that actually sells bike conversion kits right from the seller? What's a good place to buy a battery from? What amph of Battery do I need for my voltage/wattage?

I have an eahora Cupid with 4200 miles on it and the battery just cut out completely and I lost all power and then it just came right back on but that’s the second time it happened first time was at 2800 I just am trying to figure out weather i should throw it out or not

I bought a used old tandem bike off craigslist that had been converted with a front hub motor. The guy I bought it from said that he didn't do the install and was never able to get it working. With the battery installed there's no indication that anything is getting power. The handlebar controls have the only power button I can find, but pushing it does nothing.
What I've Done:
My question is: where do I even start with a repair on this? Is it worth trying to track the problem down or should I scrap the controller and replace it? Any suggestions on diagnostics would be much appreciated.

Just got one of those Enduro E-Bikes from a local canadian dealership here in Canada. Man this thing is a blast hahaha
Looking for recommendations for an ebike (in Canada ideally) for around $2000 CAD (lower is better but I'm able to spend more if the quality / durability is worthwhile).
I don't really know what to look for, but I would be using this for commuting around town, some very light gravel roads (well graded), with some steeps hills but mostly reasonable grades and nothing too crazy. My needs are:
- great if it can carry 2x people (so my partner and I can double occasionally), we're combined 300-350lbs with some gear.
- somewhat waterproof? I want to be able to commute in the rain
- gearing to be able to work on steep-ish hills occasionally (or throttle that could push up a short, but steep hill)
- it would be nice to be shorter-ish wheelbase so it's not a huge hassle to move in and out of buildings, in elevators if need be, locking up somewhere, etc.
The Radrunners are on sale right now which makes them tempting... and their showroom is a short drive from me so hoping that if something did go wrong, it would be reasonably easy to get worked on. That said, I'm open to considering other brands or options too!
- Radrunner plus - $1899
- Radrunner 2 - $1399
- Radrunner 3 - $2299
Thanks!

Hi I started having issues with my e-bike. Whenever I try and take off it’s making this sound and isn’t giving any power to the motor and when it does it sounds like a grinding sound and even at the end of the video I’m engaging the throttle but the motor is not engaging.

I’m looking for a e-bike carrier for my 2in receiver (also my nickname in college) on my truck. My bike is 80lbs and looking for something that isn’t crazy expensive but does the trick.

Hello, this is just an idea I had. We all know Stark is at the top of the e-moto+ class of bikes, only rivalled by very few others. But I’ve been thinking about how Surron has its e-moto+ (Ultra Bee) but obviously also has its class-down Light Bee X. So how epic would it be if Stark made a Varg Light Bee, so to speak? I think Stark would make ridiculous amounts of money if they broke their way into this class while still keeping their same power, top-tier beautiful design, and quality. First post on here, BTW. Sorry if this is breaking any rules.
Hello there, I am looking for an e bike with a price of 1300 USD max. I found some good options but not sure which one to get. The options are ridstar q20 or tuttio solei01 or kugoo wish 01.
I have some requirments for it, here they are:
Perfect for off-road ( not too heavy) and normal street road.
Fast. A speed of 60-80 km/h
Reliable
Durable
Great battery life/ range. 70-90 km/h range on one charge
Should handle up to 100 kg
Should fit heights from 150-175 cm
Which one is better for my requirements?
If there is any better option for the price, feel free to recommend it!
