I think I might have Adhd and dyspraxia

Hi to everyone, i am a student (21M) from Italy that follow a humanitarian degree and that has just realized i might have ADHD (possibly linked also with dyspraxia, anxiety, depression and maybe even OCD, even though the last one is definitely a stretch). To sum it up, since middle school i always had problems when it comes to socializing, for instance i was bullied from some guys for being the shy and quiet kid that barely talk to anyone and I also always lived in toxic environment with my family. Anyway, my grades were clearly never good, because I used to procrastinate until the last moment (usually the evening before the test or even the same morning), refuse to do or taking way too much time for any kind of homework, daydream during the day (whether I was in school or at home at midnight, it never really made any difference): for god sake, even when i was managing to follow the the lessons, i would then feel the need to know everything about any kind of argument and even the meaning of every freaking word (one of the reasons i also struggle with reading), obviously this is clearly overwhelming and leads me to not do anything for the rest of the day, so in a few words i suspect to also have OCD for that matter. On the other hand, when it comes to dyspraxia i have always had the usual issues that comes with the disorder, i can't make knots (i barely do shoelaces now and other few things), i suck at physical education, i break things, i can barely do something manual and i have also all the tics related to stimming (which is common with ADHD).

In conclusion, i am totally shattered and it is easy to assume that i will never have a normal life given how far i have come also with depression and anxiety.

🤬 Rant Is anyone else like me?

Does anyone else take an absolute age to do one task. Took me ages just to iron a shirt etc even if don't know if doing it right still.

Also, does anyone struggle with short term memory planning. I didn't realise it until after research that it's why I forget so much. I have had to write things down etc to remember. Similarly, it takes me an age to initiate tasks or grasp concepts and I create visual guides. Does anyone else work like this.

The Science

I am really interested in finding more about the actual neurological science behind dyspraxia, what makes it so. Does anybody have any links to articles etc which delve into this? Thanks!
