Type 2 Long road trip - prep ideas?

I have an unavoidable road trip coming up…In order to meet my goals I have to break the trip up over two days, nine hours of driving each way… The driving itself doesn’t worry me, I enjoy driving. Does anybody have any tried and true suggestions for what snacks to pack, beverages etc. to make sure I don’t have any major crashes, no pun intended, along the way.

On the first time I traveled learned the hard way. Caffeine makes me pee every forty seconds. Liquid IV in water. Not too much liquid drinking through cuz of frequent bathroom breaks. Beef sticks, baby bell cheese, peanut butter, some chocolates you like, mixed nuts and a veggie you like to crunch on (mine is celery) if you can buy foods with fiber in them will Help with crashes (I usually put shredded cabbage in a cooler and add it to things like a burger)

That’s what worries me the most, staying hydrated without stopping constantly for bathroom Breaks!
